Telangana to get 200 bedded super speciality Hospital at cost of Rs 185.5 crore
Sangareddy: With an aim to provide better healthcare services to the citizen of Patancheru town, a new 200-bedded super speciality hospital will be established in the area at a cost of Rs 185.55 crores.
The state government granted the sanction of the budget on Saturday. The government would provide 46.22 crores while the remaining amount would be given by the Pollution Control Board Rs 138.65 crore. The Pollution Control Board will procure the funds from the bulk drug industries. The National Green Tribunal (NGT) determined the budget procurement under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The hospital will be built on 8.15 acres of land near the Urban Health Centre in the town and would cater to burn injuries patients since the workers get burn injuries often working in the bulk drug industries. A special ward to treat burn injury patients would be made in this regard. The workers as well as the locals praised the decision to establish a super speciality hospital in the area.

As per Siasat Daily reports, the Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad will run the hospital. The construction of the building will be handled by the Telangana State Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation. The equipment needed for the hospital will be provided by them as well.
MLA Patancheru Gudem Mahipal Reddy thanked Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for granting the administrative sanction for the hospital. The allocated land for the hospital will be examined by Reddy.
According to Reddy, he assured that the hospital will be completed soon in a short span of time. He also met with Chief Minister Rao, Finance Minister T Harish Rao, and Medak MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy in this regard.

The 200-bedded American style hospital consists of all types of advanced sophisticated types of machinery and other equipment to treat the people.
