New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has asked the accredited hospitals to submit application form for finalisation of seat matrix for DNB Super Speciality courses.

Issuing a notification on submission of Application for Annual Review of Accreditation 2020, the NBE has notified that it is in the process of finalization of the seat matrix for DNB Super Specialty courses. Earlier, NBE had informed the accredited hospitals to submit the application form for Annual Review of accreditation.

The following hospitals running Super Specialty courses have not submitted their application form for Annual Review.
The above-listed hospitals are required to submit the application form for Annual Review "immediately" and not later than 14th September 2020, failing which NBE shall not be able to include their DNB Super Specialty seats for 2020 counselling.

Previously, along with the invitation, the NBE had released necessary information including fee, schedule and procedure for the concerned hospitals.

Fee for Annual Review: The fee for each DNB/FNB course is:

Annual Review Fee

GST @ 18%

Total Fee to be paid

Rs.10,000/-

Rs. 1,800/-

Rs. 11, 800/-

Procedure for submission of online application form for Annual Review:
(i) Hospital to log in at https://accr.natboard.edu.in with it's User ID and Password which is available with the hospital
(ii) Click on "Annual Review" option from the left panel
(iii)The list of courses for which Annual Review for the year 2020 has to be submitted will be displayed.
(iv) Online application form for Annual Review has to be submitted separately for each specialty
(v) Click on "Proceed to Fill the Annual Review Form" button for specialty concerned.
(vi) The following information is to be provided:
 Existing & new faculty along with online submission of Form 16/16A and 26AS (downloaded from traces) for the F.Y. 2019-20
 Upload MoU where the candidates have to be posted for DNB training to other recognized hospitals/institutions
 Stipend Details
 Departments in the hospital and beds allocated to each department.
 Upload Original Scanned copy of PCB certificate
 IPD and OPD case load for the Calendar year 2019 (wherever applicable)
 Number of Major and Minor Surgeries/procedures for the calendar year 2019 (wherever applicable).
(vii) Upload Declaration by the Hospital (Click here to download the proforma for Declaration)
(viii) Payment of Annual Review Fee of Rs. 11800/- per Specialty Through Online Payment Gateway.
(ix) After successful payment of Annual Review Fee, the form is Submitted and preview page will appear.
Kindly note that the payment of annual review fee shall be acceptable through online Payment Gateway only. There is no other mode of payment of fee including NEFT/RTGS.
The accredited hospital may note that if the application form for Annual Review is not submitted, the DNB /FNB seats will not be considered for admission /counselling.

Queries related to Annual Review of Accreditation are to be sent at annualreview@natboard.edu.in only.

After inviting applications for Annual Review of Accreditation for this year 2020, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) had then notified the accredited institutes about the realignment of the accreditation period of DNB, FNB courses.

All NBE accredited institutions are hereby required to see the accreditation period for DNB /FNB courses which has been aligned as tabulated below:
