Bengaluru: Biocon Limited has announced that its Canadian subsidiary has received Health Canada's Notice of Compliance (NOC) for the Yesintek (ustekinumab) Autoinjector Pen, available in 45 mg/0.5 mL and 90 mg/mL strengths.
The approval marks another milestone in the company’s efforts to expand patient access to affordable biologic therapies in Canada.
The newly approved autoinjector complements Health Canada’s earlier approval granted in October 2025 for Yesintek® prefilled syringes, vials, and intravenous formulation. With the addition of the autoinjector presentation, Biocon aims to provide patients and healthcare professionals with greater flexibility in treatment administration.
