Cohance Lifesciences has announced the appointment of Rahul Pradhan as Vice President - Operations to head API Unit III, Ankleshwar.

A seasoned pharma operations leader with over 28 years of experience in API manufacturing and scale-up operations at USFDA-approved facilities, Rahul brings deep expertise in production management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Having led diverse manufacturing teams and large-scale audits across leading pharma environments, he has consistently driven performance and improvement across facilities.

Before joining Cohance, Pradhan served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Zydus Cadila Healthcare for more than 4 years. His prior leadership roles include Vice President Operations at Ipca Labs, with earlier tenures at Aurobindo Pharma, Dr Reddy's Labs, Emcure Pharma, Hikal, Cipla, Wockhardt, Orchid.

Cohance Lifesciences is a technology-driven CDMO, providing integrated solutions in custom synthesis, process R&D, and manufacturing for global innovators. The company has over 100 active projects and a pipeline of late-stage molecules.
