New Delhi: In a significant market deal, Singapore-based private equity firm Quadria Capital has exited Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, selling its entire 4.62 per cent stake in the company for over Rs 311 crore through an open market transaction.
According to block deal data available on the NSE, Quadria Capital, through its arm Ruby QC Investment Holdings Pte Ltd, offloaded over 72.78 lakh shares of Akums.
