Ghaziabad: In a crackdown, Ghaziabad police have busted a racket dealing in expired and relabelled cancer medicines, arresting three men after seizing high-value oncology drugs that had been illegally repackaged with forged expiry dates.
The operation revealed that the group was circulating costly cancer medicines — some long expired and others originally meant for government supply — by altering labels and pushing them into private markets across major cities, putting countless patients at serious risk.
