Strides Pharma Science: Nandini Matiyani joins as Executive VP - Human Resources
Bengaluru: Strides Pharma Science has announced that the company has appointed Nandini Matiyani as Executive Vice President - Human Resources.
Nandini is a HR leader with over 20 years of experience in driving people strategy and building high performance cultures across multinational enterprises and publicly listed technology organizations. She brings expertise in areas such as people strategy, digital transformation, leadership succession, HR business partnering, talent acquisition, change management, diversity and inclusion, and HR technology and analytics.
In a parallel development, the company stated that Surabhi Loshali, Group CHRO of the Company, has resigned to pursue her personal and professional aspirations. Her last working day with Strides shall be closing business hours of January 2, 2026. Surabhi has been associated with Strides over 5 years and assumed the role of Group CHRO effective June 1, 2024.
