Tamil Nadu- The Selection Committee of Tamil Nadu Health, Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) in Chennai, has released the tentative online counselling schedule for the re-allotment and allotment of seats for non-service candidates for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy course for the 2023-24 session.

The notice also mentions some instructions for the candidates which are mentioned below-

  • The candidates who have already registered for the first phase of online counselling and paid Rs.250/- as a Registration fee need not pay again.
  • The candidates who are willing to retain their seat, which was allotted in the 1st phase of online counselling need not participate in this online counselling.
  • The candidates who are willing for re-allotment of colleges have to register and fresh Choice filling and locking should be done. Their allotted seat (allotted in 1st round of online counselling) will be open for choice filling in 2nd round of counselling.
  • The candidates who have not participated/not allotted/allotted but not joined candidates in the first phase of counselling can participate in this counselling.
  • Candidates should be careful while choice filling.
  • Seat Matrix for the Courses will be available on the official websites.
  • The selection committee does not take responsibility for the Connectivity error.
  • Admission to Diploma/ Certificate Courses shall be made by the ONLINE COUNSELLING based on rank by applying the rule of reservation.
  • Once the candidate locks his/her choice during the online counselling, it cannot be changed later. Request for a change of Branch / College, from one to another is not permitted after an option has been exercised.
  • Since, this is the final phase of counselling, a candidate who has taken a seat should join the allotted course in the allotted college.
  • The Candidate selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned College that he/she is liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts, or misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
  • The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/Institution on or before the stipulated date and time.
  • REPORTING: The candidates should produce their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES in person at the time of joining their selected Colleges along with the photocopy of original certificates to the concerned Colleges.
  • If you do not report to the Head of the Institution to which you are allotted on or before the time and date specified, your selection and/or admission will be cancelled without any further notice.

It is advised to the candidates not to share their login ID, Password and OTP with others.
