Ahmedabad: Postgraduate admissions for pharmacy colleges in Gujarat have officially commenced for the academic year 2026-27, with the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) initiating the registration process for M.Pharm programmes across the state.
According to the admission schedule, the registration process for postgraduate professional courses, including M.Pharm, started on May 15 and will continue till May 30, 2026. The admission process is being conducted online through the official admission portal.
The admissions cover postgraduate pharmacy programmes offered by Gujarat Technical University-affiliated institutions and other pharmacy colleges across the state. Candidates seeking admission to M.Pharm courses are required to meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, including qualification in GPAT or other recognised entrance examinations.
Pharmacy institutions in Gujarat are expecting strong participation from students this year amid increasing interest in specialised pharmaceutical education and research-based programmes.
According to The Times of India report, the admission process will include online registration, document verification, merit list declaration, choice filling and seat allotment rounds conducted by the authorities. Students have been advised to complete the application process within the prescribed deadline.
