Mumbai doctor arrested after on duty nurse alleges molestation

Navi Mumbai: A 39-year-old Mumbai-based doctor has recently been arrested by the police after a nurse registered a case of molestation against him.
According to the TOI report, the 30-year-old nurse lodged a complaint on 5th December and alleged that the doctor sought sexual favours from her and passed lewd remarks at her after which she registered a case of molestation.
The doctor has already been placed under arrest by the police under the charges of molestation.

Talking to the Times of India, the Senior Inspector Satish Gaikwad informed that the nurse alleged that the accused doctor harassed her at her workplace. He was allegedly passing vulgar comments on the nurse when she was doing her duty.
Moreover, the nurse also claimed that the doctor was seeking sexual favours from her when she was serving in the hospital on Monday. Following this, she approached the police and filed a complaint of molestation and sexual abuse against the doctor.
