PG Medical Admissions 2020: CENTAC releases final merit list

Puducherry: The Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC) has published the final merit list of candidates seeking PG medical admissions in the state this academic year.

Issuing a notice related to the final merit list attached above, the CENTAC has informed, "The Draft Merit List for PG-Medical and Dental Courses under GOVERNMENT QUOTA was published on 30-04-2020. Few objections were received and the same have been replied."

The FINAL Merit list for PG-MEDICAL/DENTAL Degree courses in respect of GOVERNMENT QUOTA is published on 04.05.2020. The same is available on the website: www.centacpuducherry.in. The merit list is prepared based on the cut – off marks prescribed in NEET –PG 2020 and NEET – MDS 2020. 51 candidates in PG Medical Course and 7 candidates in PG Dental Course are yet to submit their revalidated Residence/Community Certificates.

These candidates have been considered sympathetically following Advisory issued by DGHS, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India vide Ref. U-12021/44/2019/18-MEC dt.13-04-2020. However, these candidates if allotted a seat under Government Quota or Minority Quota, should submit the renewed Residence/Community Certificate before the Joining Date, failing which his/her allotment will stand cancelled.
