5 MBBS students assault, Loot Milk Van Owner in Jodhpur, 3 arrested, 2 absconding
Jodhpur: Among 5 final-year MBBS students, four from SN Medical College, Jodhpur and one from AIIMS Jodhpur have been accused of allegedly looting a milk van, threatening and manhandling the driver in front of Mathuradas Mathur Hospital on Sunday morning. A video of the incident from a CCTV camera went viral on social media.
Following the accusation, the police have arrested three students while two others are absconding, as per PTI report. The two who managed to escape are students at SN Medical College and AIIMS Jodhpur, police said.
The arrest was made after the milk van driver filed a complaint against the five medical students accusing them of looting his van, some crates of milk and cash. He also alleged in his complaint that the students threatened, manhandled him and fled with his van.

The incident took place on Sunday at around 4 am when the milk van went to gate number 1 of Mathuradas Mathur Hospital to supply milk to Saras Dairy and the medical students stopped him. According to police, the students intercepted the milk van at the gates of the MDM Hospital and asked the driver to come out.
