MBBS, BDS Admissions 2020: UP DGME releases important instructions for candidates

Lucknow: Through a recent notification, the Directorate of Medical Education Uttar Pradesh (UP DGME) has released the important instructions with respect to Round 2 MBBS, BDS counselling session.

All the concerned candidates seeking MBBS, BDS admissions in UP based medical and dental colleges are hereby requested to view the said details as released by the counselling authority on its official website mentioned below:

U.P. NEET UG-2020 Second round of counselling: Important instructions regarding admission

1. Candidates allotted through online 2nd round of counseling should complete their admission process at admission nodal center in between 17/12/2020 to 20/12/2020

2. It will be essential to produce all educational, caste and other relevent certificate in original form at the time of admission by newly allotted candidates otherwise they will not be considered for admission.

3. Those admitted candidates of first round of counseling who have been allotted reshuffled/upgraded seat/college through second round of counseling will present themselve for admission with receipt given to them at the time of first round of admission . It is compulsory for the candidate who have been allotted seats in private medical/dental colleges through reshuffling will pay the difference of tution fees at admission nodal center.
4. If the seat which was allotted through first counseling reallots in the second round of counseling to the same candidate, the candidate have to report at nodal center again for the admission process otherwise the seat would get cancelled automatically and it will not be retained, and the candidate him/herself will be responsible for this.
5. The candidates who have been alloted the seat in second round of counseling has to deposit the deciced fees through CTS bank draft in the name of "Director General Medical Education and Training, UP payable at Lucknow" at the time of admission to nodal center.
6. All candidates admtted through first round of counseling in private medical/dental colleges have to report to their respective admitted colleges till 17.12.2020 to 21.12.2020 and deposit extra fees like hostel fees/security money and other misc. fees apart from tution fees at the allotted/admitted college. In case of not reporting to admitted college in scheduled time, the admission will be deemed cancel, the securitymoney and tution fee will be forfeited, the candidate will themselves be responsible for it.
7. All allotted candidates through 2nd round of counseling in private medical/dental have to complete their admission process at admission nodal center within due dates. After completing the admission process of second round counseling, candidates have to report to their respective admitted colleges in between 17.12.2020 to 21.12.2020 and deposit extra fees like hostel fees/security money and other misc. fees apart from tution fees at the allotted/admitted college. In case of not reporting to admitted college in scheduled time, the admission will be deemed cancelled, the security and tution fee will be forfeited, the candidate will themselve be responsible for it
8. The candidate who have been allotted/re-allotted the seats through second round of counseling in Govt medical college/institute/universities have to complete their admission process within scheduled time.
9. In view of Hon'ble Supreme Court order dated 09.05.2017 the candidate can't vacate the admitted seat after completing second round of counseling process.
