NMC extends deadline for PG Annual Declaration Report submission till July 10

New Delhi: The Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) of the National Medical Commission (NMC) has extended the last date for submission of the Annual Declaration Report (ADR)-2025 for postgraduate medical courses from June 30 to July 10, 2026 (midnight).

Issuing a notice on July 1, 2026, the Board said the decision was taken after several medical colleges and institutions reported difficulties, including technical issues, while submitting the ADR through the designated NMC portal.

Earlier, through a public notice dated May 29, 2026, the NMC had directed all medical colleges and institutes conducting PG medical courses to submit the ADR-2025 along with a fee of Rs 50,000 plus 18% GST for each PG medical course by June 30, 2026.

As per the latest notice, the extension has been granted to help institutions complete the mandatory submission process without facing technical hurdles.

"The Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB), National Medical Commission, vide Public Notice of even number dated 29.05.2026, had directed all Medical Colleges/Institutes conducting Post-graduate Medical Courses to submit the Annual Declaration Report (ADR), 2025 along with the requisite fee of Rs. 50,000/- plus applicable GST @18% for each PG Medical Course being conducted by them, through the designated NMC portal on or before 30.06.2026. It has been observed that some of the institutions are facing difficulties during the submission process, including certain technical difficulties. Keeping in view the problems faced by the medical institutions, and to facilitate them in complying with the mandatory ADR requirements, the Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) has decided to extend the last date for submission of ADR-2025 from 30.06.2026 to 10.07.2026 (midnight)," the notice readd.

However, the PGMEB has made it clear that no further extension will be granted beyond July 10, 2026. Medical colleges that fail to submit the ADR along with the prescribed fee within the extended deadline may face penal action. The Board also clarified that all other terms and conditions mentioned in the May 29 public notice will remain unchanged.

Following the public notice, NMC Secretary Dr Raghav Langer issued a separate communication to all Directors, Principals and Deans of medical colleges and institutions under the NMC, asking them to ensure that the required ADR-2025 admission details are uploaded on the portal by July 10, 2026 (midnight) without fail.

"Kind reference is invited to the Public Notice No. N-P011(20)/5/2026-PGMEB-NMC dated 30-06-2026 (copy enclosed) issued by the Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) of National Medical Commission (NMC) on the above subject matter being self explanatory and inter-alia informing therein about the extension of the last date for submission of ADR-2025 from 30-6-2026 to 10-07-2026 (mid night). All the concerned Medical colleges/institutions are requested to take note of instructions in the above referred Public Notice and ensure that the requisite admission details wrt ADR-2025 are uploaded on the portal within the timeline i.e. upto 10.07.2026 till midnight, without fail, as no extension will be granted beyond this date," the letter mentioned.
