The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an important advisory for aspirants appearing in NEET UG 2026, urging candidates to ensure that all mandatory documents are updated, accurate, and valid well before applying for the examination to avoid discrepancies, grievances, or rejection at later stages.
According to the official notice, The National Testing Agency will be conducting National Eligibility Entrance Test [NEET (UG) - 2026].

Rajasthan: MD Radiodiagnosis seat cost upto Rs 4.5 crore, MD dermatology Rs 4.2 crore
The postgraduate medical education in Rajasthan has emerged as one of the most expensive across the country after the private medical colleges across the State have increased the fees for courses like MD Radiodiagnosis and MD Dermatology.
As per the updated fee structure for the National Eligibility-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2025, some of the private medical colleges in the State are charging up to Rs 1.5 crore for select specialities like MD Radiodiagnosis. Therefore, the total cost for a three-year degree course reaches Rs 4.5 crore.

FMGE December 2025 Aspirants Panic Over Contradictory Test Centre Allotments
Confusion over the exam centres for the Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE) has triggered panic among aspirants as the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has allegedly allocated two different examination centres to candidates.
Highlighting the issue, Dr. Mohammad Momin Khan, National Executive of FAIMA Doctors Association, shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) how a candidate was allotted Jammu and Kashmir as a test centre via email; however, the same candidate was informed by NBEMS via SMS about being allotted a test centre in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Over 80 percent of mental health patients in India lack timely treatment: Indian Psychiatric Society
The Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS) has expressed concern over the persistently high mental health treatment gap in India, highlighting that nearly 80-85 per cent of individuals suffering from psychiatric disorders do not receive timely or appropriate care.
This was highlighted during the curtain raiser event of the 77th Annual National Conference of the Indian Psychiatric Society, ANCIPS 2026, to be held from January 28-31 at Yashobhoomi in Delhi.
