Doctors Move High Court Challenging Delhi Government's Senior Resident Recruitment Process
The recently conducted centralized recruitment process for Senior Residents under the Government of NCT of Delhi has been challenged by the doctors before the Delhi High Court.
Alleging that the recruitment process suffers from grave arbitrariness, lack of transparency, and constitutional infirmities, violating the principles of equality, fairness, and equal opportunity guaranteed under Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India, the doctors under United Doctors Front (UDF) have filed the plea via senior national legal advisor AOR Dr. Charu Mathur. The plea has been registered under Diary No. 31458/ 2026.

HC Rejects NEET 2025 Candidate's Re-Examination Plea Citing Mismanagement
The Patna High Court has refused to entertain a plea that sought re-examination of the National Eligibility Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 at an exam cenntre alleging mismanagement and delay in the distribution of question papers and answer sheets to the candidates.
While considering the plea filed by a NEET UG candidate in this regard, the HC Single Judge bench of Patna High Court, comprising Justice Harish Kumar, dismissed the plea.

Madhya Pradesh Consumer Court Acquits Hospital, Cardiologist in Post-Angioplasty Death Case
The State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC), Madhya Pradesh, recently exonerated Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre and its cardiologist from allegations of medical negligence in the treatment of a patient who died following cardiac complications.
The history of the case goes back to 2003, when the complainant's wife, suffering from chest pain, was being provided treatment by the concerned cardiologist. To assess her actual condition, she was advised to undergo angiography, for which an ambulance was arranged by the treating doctor.
