AACCC informs on security deposit refund to UG AYUSH candidates, details

Delhi: Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has released the list of candidates who have received their refund of security money for UG counselling for the academic year 2022-23. A secondary student helpline number along with the existing helpline number to facilitate the effective Query Redressal System of AACCC-UG & PG counselling has also been released.
As per the approved refund-eligibility criteria, the security money of 12098 UG candidates has been refunded by All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi (The financial custodian of AACCC- UG & PG Counseling, 2022). A detailed list has been released for the same. It consists of Roll No and Refundable Amount. The detailed list of candidates is enclosed in the notice below.
All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi, has further informed that the refund of security money for 321 candidates is pending due to the incorrect bank details filled in by the candidates at the time of registration of AACCC-UG counselling, 2022.
Further, the Ministry of Ayush has decided to add a secondary student helpline number along with the existing helpline number to facilitate the effective Query Redressal System of AACCC-UG & PG counselling.
The following student helpline numbers are added –
1. Phone No - 011-29870011
2. Mobile No - 9354529990, 9311391889
The candidates need to contact the above numbers for queries related to counselling. All queries will be answered during call centre timings, i.e., 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
E-mail IDs for Student Helpline –
1. counseling-aaccc@aiia.gov.in - (Only for queries/issues related to Registration/Payment/ choice filling/locking)
2. finance-aaccc@aiia.gov.in - (Only for Queries regarding Finance / Accounts / Refund related matters of AACCC-UG counselling)
3. counseling-ayush@gov.in - (Only for Administrative Queries)
The candidates note that all the emails must be sent to the respective email IDs for respective queries/grievances only, and any email sent to any other email ID other than the concerned email IDs would not be considered in any case. Also, emails will be answered only during office hours, i.e., 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
