Process for participation in the second round –

The candidates (who have not been allotted any seat OR allotted seat but not confirmed OR confirmed his admission OR cancelled his admission during the previous round of admission) can participate in the second round i.e., all the candidates who are included in the merit list of ACPPGMEC can participate in the second round of ACPPGMEC except the candidates, who have secured admission in 15% AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities/ (MD/ MS/ (Ayurveda) and MD (Homoeopathy)) seats of other state counselling.

It is not compulsory to cancel the admission of the first round to participate in the second round.

The candidates who want to participate in the second and subsequent rounds have to give online consent for participation in the second round, otherwise, the candidate will not be considered during the allotment process.

To participate in the second round, the candidates have to log in to the DME website using their User ID and Password to give online consent for participation in that round.

The seats available for admission in the 1st round, according to the student's merit, will not be available in the second round or any subsequent rounds. The candidates need to see the Last Rank of the Result of the 1st Round on the DME website.

The candidates can change/swap/add/delete their filled choices of the 1st round.

If the candidate's admission is upgraded to the new seat, they have to take a print of the allotment order of the second round and report to the same help centre at which they reported in the previous round to get their new admission order. In case they don’t report to the help centre within the stipulated time, their new allotment is treated as cancelled. Hence, in this scenario, they do not have admission to any seat.

If the candidates who have confirmed admission to the first round and have given consent to participate in the second round have been allotted any new different seat (upgradation of admission), the admission of the first round will get automatically cancelled.

If the candidates who have confirmed admission to the first round and have given consent to participate in the second round have not been allotted any new different seat, the admission of the first round will be continued.

The candidates who have participated or have not participated in the second round, the admission of 1st round can also be up-graded in the same college and same subject by change of category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat), there is no need to report the help centre for confirmation of admission.
