KNRUHS Invites Applications for MD Homeopathy AIQ Seats at private institutes, Register now

Telangana- Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) is inviting online applications for All India Quota admission from AIAPGET 2024 qualified candidates for admission into MD Homeopathy courses for the academic year 2024-25 in Private Homoeopathic Medical Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, Warangal in the State of Telangana.

On this, KNRUHS has issued a notification regarding the online registration, and uploading of scanned original certificates for admission into All India Quota MD Homeo seats (i.e., 15% of intake of seats) from Private Homoeopathic Medical Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS.

As per the notification, the schedule for the registration of the online application and uploading of original certificates through the website is till 07 November 2024 upto 6.00 PM. Meanwhile, the provisional final Merit position of the applied candidates will be prepared based on the AIAPGET - 2024 Rank and other eligibility criteria notified hereunder after verification of scanned original certificates. Final Verification of original certificates will also be conducted at the time of admission at the allotted college by the Admission Committee.

PROCEDURE OF FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION AND ONLINE PAYMENT FOR MD HOMEO COURSES

1 The registration fee can be paid through a Debit card/Credit card or Net Banking.

2 The registration fee paid by the applicants is not refundable under any circumstances.

3 Visit the website through a Computer with an Internet connection or a Mobile with a Data Connection to fill out the application form.

4 Registration numbers sent to the registered mobile after entering the basic data should be noted for further use. The Registration number should be kept confidential and not to be disclosed to others.

FEE

The Registration and verification fee is Rs.2,000/- for OC, BC, SC & ST category candidates. Fee shall be paid online through a Debit card, Credit card or Net Banking. However, the registration and verification fee once paid is not refundable.

Along with this, allotted candidates have to pay a University fee of Rs. 15000/. Additionally, the candidates who acquired their undergraduate degree outside the State of Telangana or Country/Abroad and got their certificates registered with the Council and applying for admission under this University shall pay a verification fee of Rs.5,000/- for degree certificates acquired Abroad and Rs.3,000/- for the degrees acquired outside the State.

Moreover, candidates selected under the All India Quota in the counselling conducted by KNRUHS for PG Homoeo courses are permitted to leave /Surrender the seat till the last date of free exit notified by KNRUHS on the official website with forfeiture of the University and College fee. If the candidate cancels the admission/ discontinues the course after the last date for free exit, the candidate has to pay a penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- in addition as per State Government order and they will not be eligible for MD Homoeo admission under KNRUHS for 3 years.

DOCUMENTS

The following Documents are required (PDF format)-

1 AIAPGET-2024(Homoeo) Admit Card.

2 AIAPGET-2024(Homoeo) Rank Card.

3 Date of Birth Certificate.

4 Study Certificate – B.H.M.S. (1st year to final year).

5 Internship completion certificate.

6 All marks memos from 1st B.H.M.S. to final B.H.M.S.

7 Council Registration Certificate.

8 Credit card / Debit card.

9 Aadhar Card.

10 Latest Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) for BC/SC/ST Categories issued by the competent authority of their respective State. (For cutoff score relaxation in eligibility criteria).

Meanwhile, undertaking in the form of an Affidavit shall be submitted at the time of admission by the candidates stating that the submitted certificates are genuine and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per law if any discrepancy is noticed.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates, who have qualified in AIAPGET - 2024 by securing the following marks of cutoff score or above have to apply for online registration-

It is to be noted that the cutoff score of OC PH / BC / SC / ST is only for the purpose of eligibility for admission. There is no reservation for All India Quota (AIQ).

Along with this, those who have passed the BHMS Degree Examination after undergoing a course of study in Homoeopathy of not less than 5 ½ years duration including the period of compulsory internship.

OR

Those who passed the equivalent Degree Examination were included in the 2nd schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973. However, the candidates should have completed the internship by 31-07-2024. Internship completion certificate to be issued by the Principal of the college.

It is to be noted that the AIAPGET- 2024 qualified and eligible candidates as per the concerned regulations who desire to take admission into in All India Quota MD Homoeo Course shall apply online and upload all original certificates for determining the Merit position for all India Quota Seats. The online application can be filled through any computer with an internet connection or a Mobile with Data connection.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE CANDIDATES

1 Visit the website through a Computer with an Internet connection or Mobile with a Data Connection to fill out the application form.

2 Fill in all the details in the online application form and upload all the mandatory documents.

3 Online application forms without uploading mandatory Certificates, Passport-size photos, without signature at the declaration area and incomplete applications will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for determining the Merit position in respective categories using AIAPGET-2024 rank and allotment.

4 The mere fact that the Merit position issued to the candidate does not imply that the candidature is accepted by the University and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.

5 Candidates may please note that the University will take up the verification of original certificates with regard to eligibility conditions i.e., AIAPGET -2024 Rank and other details as per uploaded relevant certificates by the concerned department officials. If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is incorrect, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and further action that is deemed fit will be taken.

6 University shall notify the schedule for web options to be exercised by candidates. Candidates are advised to refer to the KNRUHS official website for details of the schedule of exercising web options. No individual communication will be sent.

7 Admissions will be in accordance with the Government Orders and University Regulations. Candidates are directed to read the Regulations and Prospectus for admission into PG AYUSH courses notified on the KNRUHS official website.

8 After allotment candidate will receive an SMS of allotment. The allotment list will also be displayed on the KNRUHS website. Candidates are informed to check the KNRUHS website for allotment notifications.

9 Allotted candidates should download the allotment order on payment of University Fees by the payment gateway, check the details of allotment and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date mentioned in the allotment letter. If the candidate fails to join the course at the allotted college after allotment in the 1st phase of counselling, the candidate will not be eligible for 2nd phase of counselling.

10 Candidates shall submit the printout of the filled-in online application form, allotment order, Bonds and original certificates along with (1) set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college.

11 Candidate has to pay the college fee and tuition fee at the time of joining. The admission committee is responsible for scrutiny of the original certificates submitted by the candidate. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order for admission will be cancelled.
