KNRUHS Opens Window For Exercising Web Options For Mop-Up Round BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS Courses
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has opened the window to exercise the web option for mop up phase of counselling for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS courses under competent authority quota in AYUSH colleges affiliated to KNRUHS. The seat matrix has also been released.
All the eligible candidates whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list can exercise web options for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS courses till 6.00 pm on 6.2.2023 through the website https://tsbahnu.tsche.in. Candidates whose names are notified as eligible candidates in the provisional final merit list course-wise for 2022-23 on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise web - options online from a computer with an internet connection.
Candidates who have secured admission in the previous phases of counselling, joined the course and continue in the system, and wish to slide to another college/course can exercise their options. AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has notified the list of AIQ admitted candidates who are ineligible for State/UT/Deemed University counselling. These candidates are not permitted to exercise web options.
Apart from vacant seats, seats vacated by candidates sliding during the mop-up round of counselling will be added and allotted simultaneously during the mop-up round of counselling only. The assigned seat of previous phases of counselling will be cancelled automatically if the candidates are allotted a seat in the mop-up round of counselling as per their option. Any unallotted seats of category/region shall be converted as per Government Orders in this phase of counselling.
The candidates will have to exercise web options to the course and colleges they are interested in joining. If the candidates do not join the course/college after allotment, they will not be allowed to exercise web options in subsequent counselling, if any, for that course.
Candidates who have already joined in the previous phases and are willing to slide to other courses/colleges can also exercise web options during this phase. Suppose a seat is allotted in this phase of counselling. In that case, the seat assigned and the candidate has joined during previous counselling stages will be automatically cancelled and allocated to other candidates.
One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options. They will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are also directed to log in to check their allotment status on the https://tsbahnu.tsche.in website after each phase of counselling without fail.
The selected candidate will have to download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should take the printout of the allotment letter, check their allotment and report to the Principal of the allotted college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.
Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and bonds, and pay the tuition fee and college fees to complete the admission process. Suppose the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining. In that case, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent phases of counselling and access.
Candidates who have slid from a previously admitted seat to another college should collect the original certificates, bond and tuition fee from the previously admitted college and report to the Principal of the second phase allotted college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter.
The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues the course.
Non-eligibility -
1. Candidates admitted under AIQ after the second phase of counselling in private Homeopathy colleges conducted by KNRUHS are also not eligible to exercise web options.
2. Candidates admitted into MBBS & BDS courses under AIQ/ KNRUHS and Dr NTRUHS/Dr.YSRUHS are also not eligible to exercise web options.
3. Candidates who have not joined the course after allotment in the previous phases or discontinued the course after the previous phases of counselling are not eligible to exercise the web options for that course.
University fee –
Allotted candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs. 8000 through the payment gateway by using online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid University fees in previous phases of counselling need not pay again. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
Tuition fee –
Tuition fee is to be paid at respective colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government for Government & Private colleges for respective courses.
Seat matrix –
155 seats are allotted for admission into UG Ayush courses under the competent authority quota.
