DMER Maharashtra Invites Applications from MDS Medicos Winter Batch 2022 For Bond Service, 10 Seats Available
Maharashtra: Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER Maharashtra) has invited applications for Government Bond Service to PG degree holders -MDS (Winter-2022 Batch). The seat matrix and list of eligible candidates have also been released.
The application filling and choice of preferences can be done till 6.3.2023, up to 5:00 pm. The candidates need to mail to pgbonddmer@gmail.com. Suppose any candidates do not fill out the application form, thereby refusing to get the allotment of bond service. In that case, the candidate will be deemed uninterested in complying with bond service. Hence for such a candidate, the process of recovery of the bond penalty amount may be initiated.
Declaration of allotment of bond service to candidate and issue of recommendation letter through email will be done on 8.3.2023 afternoon. A recommendation letter will be communicated to candidates via their registered email id.
All eligible candidates must fill out the application form in the given format and send it to DMER by email address pgbonddmer@gmail.com within the prescribed period. The vacancy position of posts is likely to change anytime.
Candidates will be allotted seats as per preference for Assistant Professor, Dental Surgeon, and Senior Resident posts based on marks obtained in the Post Graduate degree examination. All posts will be allotted on a merit basis as an open category.
Candidates should take the printout of the recommendation letter and report to the concerned allotted institute with the requisite documents within 7 days from the date of the recommendation letter.
The candidate must submit the following attested photocopy of requisite documents at the respective institute where they will be allotted post –
1. SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age)
2. First, Second, Final BDS (Final part-I & Part-II) mark-sheets
3. Degree Mark sheet / Grade Certificate
4. Attempt a certificate of all BDS examinations from the head of the institution
5. BDS degree / Passing certificate
6. MDS Degree /Passing Certificate
7. Registration certificate of Maharashtra Dental Council or other State Dental Councils in India/DCI with renewal
8. Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service ( will be mailed to the candidates on their registered email id)
Rule of TIE- BREAKER –
Selection of candidate for the vacant post shall be as per the procedure of preparation of merit list as given below –
1. First Level: - The Candidate having the Highest Mark in the postgraduate examination (MDS)will be preferred; if the tie persists, then –
2. Second Level: - The Candidate having the Highest aggregate Mark in the final BDS (part I +II) will be preferred; if the tie persists, then –
3. Third Level: - The Candidate having the Highest Mark in 3rdBDS will be preferred; if the tie persists, then –
4. Fourth Level: - The older candidate will be preferred
Seat matrix –
10 seats are available for Government Bond Service to PG degree holders -MDS (Winter-2022 Batch). Prosthodontics, Conservative Dentistry, and Community Dentistry have 2 seats each, and Senior Resident-Dentistry has 4 seats allotted. The detailed seat matrix is attached in the notice below.

Eligible candidate list MDS Degree Winter 2022 –
3 candidates are eligible for Government Bond Service. The list consists of STUD_NAME and MARKS. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.
