Dr NTR University of Health Sciences invites fresh applications from MDS candidates for stray vacancies

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences invites fresh applications from MDS candidates for stray vacancies

Vijaywada: Through a recent notification, the Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has invited applications for stray vacancies in PG Dental Courses in Private un-aided Non-Minority Colleges for the Academic Year 2021-22.

Application forms are invited afresh for filling up of stray vacancies in PG Dental Courses for the academic year 2021-22 from the candidates who have qualified in NEET MDS – 2021 after lowering cut-off scores for the seats under Competent Authority Quota if any after CQ MoP UP-2 and Management Quota seats for the Academic Year 2021-22.

Medical Dialogues had recently reported that the NEET MDS 2021 qualifying cut off has been lowered by 23.029 percentile for each category.

The qualifying percentile for the NEET MDS 2021 has been lowered from 50 to 26.971 for the general category bringing the score from 259 to 185 marks. For the SC/ST/OBC candidates, the qualifying percentile has been reduced from 40 to 16.971, hence the score goes down from 227 to 152; whereas for PwD (Persons with disabilities) category, the revised cut-off percentile is 21.971 down from 45, the score hence lowered from 243 to 170 marks.

The candidates are hereby informed to submit filled in application form. The following copies of certificates are to be enclosed to the application:

a. NEET MDS-2021 admit card and score card

b. Aadhar Card

c. Date of Birth Certificate (X class)

d. BDS Degree/Provisional certificate

e. Certificate of Internship Completion by 31-07-2021.

f. Dental Council Registration Certificate.

g. Permanent Caste certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates issued through e–seva / Mee-seva of Government of AP/ TS.

The filled in application form must be sent to the University by 04.00 PM on 16-11-2021 to the e-mail Id: appgadmissions2021@gmail.com for the Stray Vacancies in the Private Un-aided Non-Minority PG Dental Colleges after MOP-UP Round Counselling.

College–wise available stray vacancies (left over seats) will be displayed in the University website.

The following vacancies if any will be considered for Stray:

ï‚· Vacant seats if any after CQ MoP UP Round-2

ï‚· Vacant seats after MQ MoP UP

ï‚· Not Reported seats after MQ MoP UP

The selected candidates have to pay Registration fee, University fee, Tuition fee etc., at the time of joining in the college.

Furthermore, the university has released a notice inviting applications and verification of Uploaded scanned certificates for Admission into Post Graduate Dental Degree/Diploma Courses under Competent Authority Quota for the year 2021-22.

Application, Registration and Processing Fee:

1. OC & BC Candidates – Rs.7,080/- (6,000/- + 1,080/- GST 18%) (Registration fee Rs. 3,500/- + 630/- GST 18% & Processing fee Rs.2,500/- + 450/- GST 18%).

2. SC & ST Candidates – Rs.5,900/- (5,000/- + 900/- GST 18% (Registration fee Rs. 3,000/- + 540/- GST 18% & Processing fee Rs.2,000/- + 360/- GST 18%).

Verification Fee: In addition to the above said Registration & Processing fee:

1. The candidates who acquired their BDS Degree outside the AP/TS State shall pay Rs.3,540/- ( i.e., Rs.3,000/- + 540/- GST 18%)

2. The candidates who acquired their BDS Degree in Abroad/Foreign Country shall pay Rs.8,260/- (i.e., Rs.7,000/- + 1,260/- GST 18%)

Note:- Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
