NEET MDS 2026 admit card out, check test day guidelines

New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the admit card for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) examination for the academic year 2026-27.
The NEET MDS admit card has been released on the official website of NBEMS. Therefore, candidates appearing for the examination for admission to the MDS course can access a direct link to download it from there.
Admit cards have not been issued to candidates found ineligible before the conduct of the examination.
STEPS TO DOWNLOAD THE NEET MDS 2026 ADMIT CARD
Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the admit card-
STEP 1- Visit the official website of NBEMS.
STEP 2- Click on the NEET MDS Admit Card 2026 link available on the home page.
STEP 3- A new page will open where candidates will have to enter the login details.
STEP 4- Click on submit and your hall ticket will be displayed.
STEP 5- Check the hall ticket and download the page.
STEP 6- Keep a hard copy of the same for further needs.
NEET-MDS 2026 will be conducted on May 2, 2026, as a computer-based examination held on a single day and in a single session. This examination will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), which will be presented via a computer network (CBT).
TEST DAY PROCEDURES
1 Entry of Candidates as per Timelines given in the Admit Cards- Candidates are required to report at the ‘Reporting Counter’ of the test venue as per the time indicated in their admit cards. The exact entry point to the test centre (Reporting Counter) and the main gate of the venue might be at a distance. To avoid unforeseen delay in reaching the test centre entry point (Reporting Counter), candidates are advised to reach well in time and familiarise themselves with the exact point of entry to the test centre in the premises of the venue well in advance. The reporting counter will close 30 minutes before the test start time. Any delay in arrival to the test centre entry point (Reporting Counter) shall lead to denial of entry, even if the candidate might have arrived at the premises of the venue.
Candidates reporting late or beyond the prescribed time shall not be allowed to appear in the exam under any circumstances. NBEMS shall not be responsible for any delayed arrival of the candidate in reaching the centre for any reason.
2 Test Centre Location- The exact address and location of the test centres shall be indicated in the admit card. Candidates are advised to familiarise themselves with the test centre and reporting counter locations at least one day before the examination day and ensure that they report for the exam as per the scheduled time only. The Google map location shall be indicated in the admit card for quick reference only. It shall be the responsibility of the candidate to confirm the exact location of the test centre well in advance to avoid any arrival delay.
Please note that only the candidates who have been issued an admit card will be allowed entry inside the examination centre premises, subject to the fulfilment of documentary requirements.
Friends or relatives accompanying the candidates will not be allowed entry into the examination centre premises under any circumstances and will not be allowed to contact the candidate while the examination process is ongoing.
3 Barcode / QR Code Reader at Entry Points- The candidate will flash the admit card and ID proof for verification to the exam functionary standing across the table with a barcode / QR code reader. The candidate shall be informed about the assigned lab number.
Identity checks will be conducted upon arrival at the test centre to ensure that no unauthorised candidates appear for the exam.
Candidates MUST bring to the test centre the following documents-
1 Printed COLOUR copy of Barcoded / QR Coded Admit card.
2 Any one of the government-issued photo IDs.
Candidate who have given their consent for Aadhaar-based authentication and provided their Aadhaar Number in the Application form must bring their Aadhaar on the exam day.
In case any candidate reports to the test centre with an e-Aadhaar Card with Aadhaar number printed on it or an e-PAN card with PAN number printed on it as proof of identity, the e-Aadhaar Card / e-PAN should be a good-quality COLOUR printout with a clearly visible photograph. The photograph should not have kinks, scratches, or stains, and should definitely match the candidate presenting the e-Aadhaar Card / e-PAN. Decision of NBEMS in this regard shall be final”.
4 Aadhaar-Based Identity Verification ( Applicable only where Aadhaar details have been provided in the application form)- Candidates who have furnished Aadhaar details in the identification information at the time of online application submission are advised to carry original Aadhaar Card / e-Aadhaar / good quality printed COLOUR copy of e-Aadhaar / COLOUR photocopy of Aadhaar Card, for identity verification through Aadhaar authentication at the examination centre.
