AIIMS invites applications for INI CET January 2027 session, exam on November 1

According to the Admission Notice issued by the AIIMS Examination Section, online applications have been invited for entrance to MD, MS, MCh (6 years), DM (6 years) and MDS courses for the January 2027 academic session.

The entrance examination will facilitate admission to postgraduate courses offered by AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS institutes, JIPMER Puducherry, NIMHANS Bengaluru, PGIMER Chandigarh and SCTIMST Trivandrum.

As per the notice, the online registration process will remain open till October 13, 2026, up to 5:00 pm.

Following this, the candidates will be able to check the status of their registration from October 17 to October 19, 2026, up to 5:00 pm. The final status of online registration, along with the admit card, will be made available on the AIIMS examination website on October 26, 2026.

The INI-CET January 2027 examination will be conducted on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at examination centres located in cities across India. Below is the detailed schedule-

AIIMS has advised candidates to regularly visit its examination website for the prospectus and further information, as all subsequent notices, corrigenda, addenda and updates will be published online only.

The institute has also cautioned applicants that applications for which the prescribed fee has not been paid will be summarily rejected, and no correspondence will be entertained in such cases.
