BFUHS issues revised dates for NEET PG round 3 counselling, releases allotment list

Punjab: The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has issued a revised schedule for the 3rd Round of Punjab State PG Counselling under the National Eligibility and Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) for the academic year 2025, aligning it with the updated AIQ/State counselling timeline released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
According to the revised schedule, the revised provisional allotment result, after incorporating objections, if any, and removing candidates who have already joined seats under the All India Quota (AIQ) up to Round 3, has already been displayed on February 15, 2026.
Following the publication of the revised allotment, provisionally selected candidates must pay the balance six-month tuition fee (after adjusting the previously deposited security amount) through the university’s online payment gateway. Candidates are required to report to their respective allotted colleges from today i.e. February 16 till February 19, 2026, up to 4:00 PM, to complete the admission process.
The candidates must strictly adhere to the revised timeline and ensure timely payment and reporting to avoid cancellation of their provisional allotment.

Along with this, BFUHS has also published the provisional allotment list for the 3rd round of Punjab State PG counselling under NEET PG 2025, after excluding candidates who joined seats under the All India Quota (AIQ) up to Round 3.
As per the list, the revised provisional allotment has been prepared following the process of “weeding out” AIQ-joined candidates to ensure that state quota seats are allotted only to eligible aspirants who remain in the Punjab counselling pool.
The updated allotment list reflects changes in seat distribution across MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB courses in government and private medical colleges of Punjab. The allotment has been made based on NEET PG merit rank, reservation policy, preferences filled by candidates, and availability of seats after adjusting AIQ admissions.
