CENTAC extends round 3 registrations, seat withdrawal deadline for PG medical admissions 2025
Puducherry: The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), under the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Puducherry, has announced an extension of the last date for Round 3 registration and withdrawal for PG Medical (MD/MS) admissions for the academic year 2025-26.
According to the official notice issued by the CENTAC in this regard, the last date for Round 3 registration and withdrawal from admitted Round 1 / Round 2 PG Medical (MD and MS) courses is extended till the revised schedule from MCC is received.

Prior to this, CENTAC Puducherry had announced the commencement of Round 3 counselling registration for NEET PG Medical (MD/MS) admissions for the academic year 2025-26. On this, Medical Dialogues had reported that the registration, payment of fees, and submission of fresh course preferences will remain open till today, i.e. January 7, 2026, till 5:00 PM.
According to the notification issued by the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, the Round 2 admitted list and detailed vacancy position across government and management quota seats were published on the official CENTAC website. All candidates registered with CENTAC, including those allotted seats in Round 1 or Round 2, whether they joined or not, are eligible to participate in Round 3.
Resident of Puducherry candidates who opt for both Government and Management Quota seats should pay the Registration Fee of Rs 2,00,000/. Candidates are requested to transfer the Registration Fee to the CENTAC account through NET BANKING or by generating NEFT / RTGS challan using the payment option available in the dashboard login credentials and proceed for payment.
