DM, MCh 2024 at KGMU: KGMU issues admission process, check details

Uttar Pradesh- Through a notification, the King George’s Medical University (KGMU) has issued a standard operating procedure for admission in DM and MCH Courses.
As per the notification, all candidates allotted to DM and MCH courses through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test- Super Speciality (NEET-SS) for the academic year 2024 at KGMU must report to the Kalam Centre within the specified timeframe.
While reporting to the centre, candidates should bring the necessary documents for verification and admission. However, candidates must ensure that all the documents are complete and accurate. Candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested copies-
1 Admit Card (NEET-SS 2024).
2 NEET Scorecard (NEET-SS 2024).
3 Allotment Letter (NEET-SS 2024).
4 Copy of Aadhar Card.
5 Copy of PAN Card.
6 MBBS Degree Certificate.
7 MD/MS Degree Certificate.
8 MBBS Mark Sheets (all professional years).
9 Internship Completion Certificate.
10 Medical Council Registration Certificate (MBBS and MD/MS).
11 High School Mark Sheet and Certificate.
12 Intermediate Mark Sheet and Certificate.
13 Recent passport-sized photographs (12) with a white background.
14 Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate.
15 Character Certificate 16. Relieving Letter (if applicable).
Meanwhile, candidates also need to pay admission fees, therefore, they must register and submit the admission fee on the Samarth Portal via Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI only. However, no other modes of payment will be accepted.
PROCESS ON SAMARTH PORTAL
STEP 1- Visit the portal of Samarth and complete the New Registration.
STEP 2- After registration, log in to the portal and fill out the required form. Upload the required documents.
ADMISSION FORMALITIES
1 Completion of University Forms: Complete the prescribed forms provided at the admission counter.
2 Document Verification: Submit the original documents for verification.
However, online admission will be confirmed after completing all formalities, including reporting, verification, and fee payment.
Apart from this, during the course selection, candidates allotted to the DM and MCH courses should select Postmaster Programmes and choose their subject, then submit.
