DME Gujarat Asks Candidates To Submit Online Consent For Participation In Round 2 Of CPS Diploma admissions

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has asked the candidates to submit online consent for participation in offline round 2 for CPS Diploma Courses 2022-23.

To participate in the offline round 2 for admission in CPS Diploma Courses, the candidates must log in to the website https://medadmgujarat.org/pg/home.aspx using their User-ID and Password to give online consent till noon on 6.4.2023. All the candidates, who want to participate in the Offline Round 02 for Admission in CPS Diploma Courses, must give online consent for participation. Those without online consent during the stipulated time will not be allowed to participate.

This round will be conducted through video conferencing at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar, and 7 Medical Colleges. The details related to help centers are enclosed in the notice below. Candidates can select the help center for participating in offline round 2 for admission to CPS Diploma Courses at the time of consent.

After giving consent, candidates must take the printout of the "Consent/Choice Form" available in "Registration Details," which shows the date and time of consent and place for offline round 2 for admission in CPS Diploma Courses. Candidates must bring a "Consent/Choice Form" during offline counseling.

All the candidates are instructed to see the vacancy status available for CPS Counselling on the admission committee's website. The admission committee will allot the seats to available vacancies.

The candidate, who will remain absent at the date and time of counseling allotted to them, will have no right to admission. Authority Letter or Proxy will not be allowed for taking admission in offline counseling. They will be called as per the merit rank and will be allotted admission on vacant seats during counseling. If they are unwilling to take admission to the offered seat, they can refuse it.

The candidates, who have been admitted to the previous online round of CPS Diploma Courses, must bring the original admission order of ACPPGMEC and receipt of paid tuition fees along with the Consent/Choice Form for offline round 2 of CPS Diploma courses counseling.

Those candidates who have not been admitted in the previous online round of CPS Diploma Courses are required to bring the following original documents at the time of counseling –

1. Consent/Choice Form for Offline Round 02 of CPS Diploma courses

2. All year MBBS attempt-wise Marksheets

3. 12 months internship completion certificate

4. Provisional Registration of State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India OR Permanent Registration of State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India

5. Copy of NEET-PG-2022 Marksheet

6. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship: School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate

7. Domicile Certificate (with signature and stamp of authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar / Executive Magistrate / Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only (in case of candidate born outside of Gujarat)

8. For SEBC, ST, and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

9. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha' 4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt. 01/04/2020

10. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt. 01/04/2020

11. Copy of Passport, if Citizenship is Dual / Foreign

12. 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat)

13. Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat & only if birthplace is outside Gujarat)

14. Photocopy of Disability certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)

15. Any other document as per requirement

Without original documents and prescribed fees, the candidate will not be granted admission under any circumstances. The tuition fees for CPS Diploma Courses - are 6 Lakh/Year for Merit Quota Seats and 12 to 18 Lakh/Year for Institutional Quota Seats in a private institution.

The candidate has to pay tuition fees for one term (6 months) by Cash OR Demand Draft in favor of ACPUGMEC payable at Gandhinagar –

If the candidate has paid tuition fees for admission for the previous online round of CPS Diploma Courses, fees will be adjusted according to it. Excess fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process. The candidates must bring a specific arrangement of DDs to pay tuition fees during counseling.

The candidates must have to pay Provisional Enrollment Fees and Cost of Electronic Paperless Devise (EPD) by 2 separate demand drafts (DD) to be kept ready at the time of enrollment of admission of CPS courses afterward as per the following details –

The name of the DD will be informed by CPS, Mumbai, later on. Do not prepare it right now

All candidates must write USER ID, Name, Mobile Number, and General Merit No. of CPS behind the Demand Drafts. These two DDs are not required to submit at the help center of the Admission committee. After completing the admission process, whenever CPS Mumbai informs you about the enrollment process of CPS, Admission, you only have to submit these 2 DDs to an authorized person of CPS Mumbai directly.

The detailed schedule of offline round 2 for admission in CPS Diploma Courses (with date, time, and merit no.) will be displayed on the website (www.medadmgujarat.org).
