DME Gujarat Begins Choice Filling Process For CPS Diploma Courses

DME Gujarat Begins Choice Filling Process For CPS Diploma Courses

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has begun the choice-filling process for round 1 CPS Diploma courses for 2022-23. The seat matrix and fee structure have also been released.

The candidates can complete the choice-filling process from 24.3.2023 (4:00 pm) to 28.3.2023 (12.30 pm). The choices filled by the candidates will be displayed on 28.3.2023 up to 4:00 pm. All the eligible candidates in the Merit List of ACPPGMEC for admission in CPS Diploma Courses in Government District hospitals and Self-Financed & Private Hospitals for the academic year 2022-23 can carry out the choice filling.

Choice filling process -

The candidates must enter I.D. (S.R. NO. of PIN), Password, 14 Digit PIN, and Captcha & Click on Submit button. Click here on Choice details.

Choice can be decided on the following criteria –

1. Specific Branch

2. Specific Institute/Place

3. Government or SFI

4. Choice on the basis of fees

In the available choice option, all available choices can be seen. The candidates need to check annual fees and term feInn in the case of NRI admission Rs. 10 lakh D.D. in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhin; they have to pay term fees at the time of admission.

In the filling choice, the candidates can start the choice-filling process. They can filter choices by branch, subject, institute type, seat type, and institute. In add choices, they can add choices. The candidates can add an unlimited number of choices. The choices can be added from the left side panel to the right side. Blue: Govt. Institute / Green: SFI institute. G.Q.: Government Quota/M.Q.: Management Quota/N.Q.: NRI quota.

The candidate can move and delete their choices according to their preference. They can re-arrange their choices by serial number. After the save and exit choices page, the candidate can review their choices. Once they type 14-digit PIN no., they can lock their choices. After locking choices, the candidates can take the printout of the choice list in print-filled choice.

The candidates must take printouts of their locked choices. The committee will only consider printouts of their locked choices whenever any query arises. The candidates can again un-lock choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. to modify the choices. If they fail to lock choices, they will be automatically locked on the last day.

Seat allotment -

Online allotment of seats will be done based on merit cum choice. So it is merit cum choice-based allotment.

In the choice filling of round 2, choices available for candidates/allotment of seats will be carried out as per the closure of round 1. Suppose the candidate is unable to secure the allotted seat for whatsoever reasons. In that case, such a candidate will not be eligible for admission in the same subject in the same institute in the successive rounds of counseling.
