Andhra Pradesh: Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences has invited online applications for admissions into DNB Post MBBS (3 years) Degree/Post MBBS Diploma (2 years)/Post Diploma DNB (2 years) seats in Government Hospitals for in-service candidates under competent authority quota seats for the academic year 2023-2024.

The candidates can apply up to 09.00 PM on 19-10-2023 on the website mentioned in the notice below. The candidates have to register online and upload original scanned documents on the website as mentioned above in the schedule.

Application, Registration and Processing Fee –

1. OC & BC Candidates – ₹.7,080/- (6,000/- + 1,080/- GST 18%) (Registration fee ₹. 3,500/- + 630/- GST 18% & Processing fee ₹.2,500/- + 450/- GST 18%)

2. SC & ST Candidates – ₹.5,900/- (5,000/- + 900/- GST 18% (Registration fee ₹. 3,000/- + 540/- GST 18% & Processing fee ₹.2,000/- + 360/- GST 18%)

Verification Fee: In addition to the above said Registration & Processing fee -

1. The candidates who acquired their MBBS/BDS Degree outside the AP/TS State shall pay Rs.3,540/- (i.e., Rs.3,000/- + 540/- GST 18%)

2. The candidates who acquired their MBBS/BDS Degree in Abroad/Foreign Country shall pay Rs.8,260/- (i.e., Rs.7,000/- + 1,260/- GST 18%)

3. The selected candidates have to download the Allotment order by paying an amount of the University fee of Rs.23,600/- through online mode.

The registration number, which will be sent to the registered mobile number after entering the basic details, should be noted for further use. The Registration number should be kept confidential and should not be disclosed to others.

The candidates should fill - in all the correct details in the online application form and upload all the Scanned Original documents, including the certificates, which are mandatory.

The certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. The application fee has to be paid through online. The provisional Final Merit list will be released after verification of all uploaded certificates. The total number of seats under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2023-24 will be placed on Dr. YSRUHS's website before the commencement of web options.

Documents to be uploaded along with the application form –

1. NEET PG - 2023 – SCORECARD/DNB-PDCET-2023 (Mandatory)

2. Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Marks Memo). (Mandatory)

3. Provisional or Original MBBS Degree Certificate. (Mandatory)

4. MBBS study certificate. (Mandatory)

5. Compulsory Rotatory Internship certificate. (Mandatory)

6. Copies of Temporary / Permanent Medical Registration from the respective State Medical Council. (Mandatory)

7. If the candidate passed MBBS from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, he / she has to submit study certificates from 6th to Intermediate / 10+2.

8. Caste Certificate, if applicable

9. Photo Identity card having current residential address of the candidate (Aadhar Card) (Mandatory)

10. Service Certificate as in Annexure-IV A & IV B

11. Local status Certificate issued by MRO of AP (candidates migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh (If Applicable)

12. Candidate’s Latest passport-size Photo (Mandatory)

13. Specimen Signature of the Candidate (Mandatory)

Eligibility –

1. Candidates should have passed the MBBS/BDS Degree examination from a recognized Medical college/Dental college/University respectively.

2. Candidates should have secured the cut-off scores or above in NEET PG–2023/DNB PDCET-2023

3. The candidates should complete their internship by11.08.2023

4. Candidates must satisfy Local/Non-Local status as per G.O.P.NO. 646, Education (W) Department, Dated 10th July 1979 for Competent Authority Quota seats.

Non-eligibility –

The candidates of other States are not eligible for the Competent Authority Quota seats if they do not satisfy Local status/Non-Local status as per G.O.P.NO. 646, Education (W) Department, Dated 10th July 1979 of Government of Andhra Pradesh (Presidential Order).

The procedure for Admissions/Selection/Seat Matrix is as per the following Government Orders, subsequent amendments, and any other orders that may be issued by the Govt. of A.P/Dr. YSR UHS from time to time for Non-service/In-service candidates wherever applicable –

Service Candidates for DNB Degree/Diploma Seats -

Service rendered up to 15.09.2023 shall be considered for In-service candidates.

The Penalty of indemnity bond shall be as per G.O.Ms.No.252, dt.07-10- 2022 of HM & FW (C1) Dept., Govt. of AP as mentioned below -

“The University shall cancel the DNB Degree/Diploma of the candidate and the penalty of indemnity bond shall be Rs.25 Lakhs for non-rendering of services after completion of such course for In-service candidates as stated in sub-rule (2) (c) of Rule 3.”

As per G.O Ms.No.206, dt.11-08-2022 of HM & FW (C1) Dept., Government of AP, the following rules are followed for considering the service -

1. In Tribal areas: Minimum 2 (two) years of regular and continuous service in PHCs/CHCs/Area Hospitals/District Hospitals/Sample Survey cum assessment units/Leprosy temporary hospitalization wards & any Tribal Institute recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

2. In Rural areas: Minimum 3 (three) years of regular and continuous service in PHCs/CHCs/Area Hospitals/District Hospitals/MCH/Sample Survey cum assessment units/Leprosy Control Units/Leprosy temporary hospitalization wards/Mobile Medical Units & any Rural Institute recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh.

3. Minimum 6 (six) years of continuous regular service in AP Medical & Health Services/APVVP/AP Insurance Medical Services/University of Health Sciences.

Instructions issued –

The process of admissions into DNB / Diploma seats will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by NMC, New Delhi, and Govt. of A.P. The orders of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh if any received after the Notification will also be implemented from time to time.

Scrutiny of uploaded documents/data will be conducted by the Officials of the University and other Officials from the concerned Departments. After the scrutiny of scanned documents, the provisional merit list will be released, and then after final merit list will be released. No separate notification will be given for verification of Original certificates.

The online application form with the following lacunae will be rejected automatically –

1. If any of the mandatory certificates are not uploaded.

2. Applications with incomplete details/photo and signature.

3. If any of the uploaded certificates are invisible/not properly uploaded.

4. If the certificates are not properly scanned, the eligibility criteria cannot be determined.

The candidate should produce the Printout of the filled-in Online application form, Provisional verification form, and all Original certificates along with One set of self-attested Copies to the Principal of the allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment order will be canceled without any notice. The candidates are informed not to send the printout of the application form to the University.

Candidates admission is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the Merit position issued to him/her does not imply that the University accepts his/her candidature, and it does not mean that the entries made by him/her in the online application are accepted as true and correct. If any in-eligible candidate is present in the Merit position shall not be eligible for admission.

If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is incorrect, his/her candidature is liable to be canceled, and further action that is deemed fit will be taken. If the certificates produced by any candidate are found to be fake/false/forged at any stage of verification or admission, the University has every right to cancel the seat/admission of such candidate without any notice. In case of a discrepancy in the downloaded provisional verification form, the same shall be brought to the notice of the University immediately.

The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action shall be initiated as per the Rules. Subsequent notifications with regard to the counseling/allotments will be notified on the University website only.
