Gujarat NEET counselling 2026 round 2 choice filling open till September 11, provisional merit, ineligible candidates lists released

Gujarat: The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) has released the Gujarat National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 2 revised provisional merit list for the academic year 2026.
Meanwhile, according to the advertisement released by the ACPUGMEC, the Round 2 online choice filling began on September 7, 2026 and will continue till September 11, 2026, up to 11:00 AM. Candidates will be able to view the choices filled by them on September 11, 2026, up to 12:00 Noon.
The Round 2 choice filling process is open to all eligible candidates included in the ACPUGMEC merit list for admission to Government, Management and NRI quota seats in Government and self-financed medical and dental colleges across Gujarat.
The updated merit list was published on the official counselling website. The Gujarat NEET UG Round 2 merit list is published as a category-wise PDF on the official ACPUGMEC portal.
The merit list includes students who registered for Round 2 counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the Gujarat State Quota. As this list is provisional, the students' eligibility and details are subject to final verification and approval by the counselling committee.
The status of the Gujarat NEET UG 2026 Round 2 merit lists across different categories, including General, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), NRI Quota, Local Quota (NHL and SMC). Ineligible Students List has also been issued.
STEPS TO DOWNLOAD THE MERIT LIST
STEP 1- Visit the official website.
STEP 2- Go to the Undergraduate (UG) admission section.
STEP 3- Click on the link for the Round 2 provisional merit list.
STEP 4- Choose the merit list PDF corresponding to your category.
STEP 5- Download the PDF and use your NEET roll number to check your details.
The Gujarat NEET UG Round 2 merit list contains important details that students should verify before proceeding with the counselling process, i.e. student name, NEET UG 2026 roll number, NEET rank and merit rank, category and reservation status, eligibility status, domicile details, NRI or local quota status, wherever applicable and PwD status, if applicable.
The provisional merit list will be considered for the Gujarat NEET UG Round 2 seat allotment process. Students will be allotted seats on the basis of their merit rank, category and choices presented during counselling.
