INI CET 2022: JIPMER issues notice on reporting, document submission process by Round 2 candidates, details

INI CET 2022: JIPMER issues notice on reporting, document submission process by Round 2 candidates, details

Puducherry: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) released details related to the admission procedure for MD/MS/ MDS/ MCh courses in INI-CET July 2022 Session 2nd counselling candidates.

The reporting process for the selected candidates is scheduled on 29th August 2022, 30th August 2022, and 1st September 2022 at Exam Hall - 3, 4th Floor, JIPMER Academic Centre (JAC). Candidates should report before 10 am. The candidates must exercise the option before 4 pm on 31st August 2022.

The candidates must register in NDHM / ABDM on https://hprid.ndhm.gov.in and get their 14-digit Healthcare Professional ID before submitting for admission and bring a printed copy. The steps for registration are mentioned on page number 4 of this document. They can fill out the e-form by clicking the link and take a printout after the final submission of the e-form https://www.digialm.com//EForms/configuredHtml/827/68596/application.html. The candidates note that Name should be filled in exactly as mentioned in the MBBS degree certificate.

Fee Details -

1. The candidates must complete the fee payment procedure through the SBI Collect payment portal for JIPMER at https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm.

2. The candidates need to choose the Academic fee – MCh DM MD MS PDF option in the dropdown menu.

3. Fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances. Bring a hard copy of the fee payment receipt on the reporting day.

Vaccination certificate is mandatory. Candidates should have received both the vaccine doses against the coronavirus as per the order of the Director of Health and Family Welfare Services, UT of Puducherry.

JIPMER has notified that the admission process will span over a minimum of 2 working days, and the candidates will be required to join the departments immediately after completion of the admission process.

Steps to be followed on the day of reporting –

Day 1 –

1. Document verification.

2. After successful certificate verification, the candidates will be given a form for Medical Examination by the team. Medical Board will be available at 2.15 pm in Exam Hall No: 1, Third Floor, Room number 201, JIPMER Academic Centre (JAC) building. The duly signed Medical Examination report should be submitted to the admission team.

Day 2 –

1. Submission of agreement document: A PDF version of the agreement will be sent to the candidates on their registered email ID after submission of the biodata form on the day. They will have to purchase Page 3 of 9 minimum 10-rupees stamp paper at the District Registrar office on the next working day at Kamaraj Salai, Saram, Puducherry - 605 013, and the content emailed to them should be printed on the stamp paper. They will require the help of a notary public, some of whom are located near the Registrar's office. Content of the agreement as given to them should not be modified under any circumstances. The signed document should be submitted to the team.

2. Admission order will be issued to you after completing the above steps, subject to the result of the Medical Examination and facial verification.

Documents To Be Submitted –

1. Offer Letter, Seat Allocation Slip, INI-CET registration form.

2. Hall Ticket.

3. MBBS Degree or Provisional Pass certificate / BDS Degree or Provisional Pass certificate.

4. MBBS Mark Statements / BDS Mark Statements.

5. Internship Completion Certificate.

6. Permanent / Provisional Medical / Dental Council Registration Certificate.

7. Conduct Certificate obtained from the Institute last attended.

8. Transfer (OR) Migration Certificate obtained from the Institute last studied.

9. Certificate showing the date of birth (Birth Certificate/SSLC mark List).

10. Residence certificate issued by Revenue Authority, not below the rank of Tehsildar or AADHAR card or Voter ID or Passport copy.

11. In the case of Other Backward Classes/ Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe, a Community Certificate was recently obtained from the competent authority – a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar. (The OBC - NCL certificates should have been issued between 21.03.2021 to 08.05.2022, both dates inclusive & The EWS certificate must be valid for the financial year 2022-2023 and issued between 01.04.2022 to 08.05.2022 both dates inclusive, based on the income of the year 2021-2022).

12. Service candidates should produce NOC / Relieving Order and a certificate granting study leave with or without pay, as the case may be.

13. Proof of Registration as OCI (in case of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)).

14. Medical Certificate in case of Orthopaedics Physically Challenged (PwBD) candidates.

15. If the certificates are in any other language other than English, English Translation attested by a Gazette Officer should be produced.

16. Admission fee receipt.

17. COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.

18. E-form printout.

19. 4-passport-size photographs.

20. 1 set of photocopies of the original certificates.

21. ID Card Application form.

22. Joining letter (Annexure 2).

23. Joining report format (Annexure 3).

24. Hostel application form (if applicable) (Annexure 4).

25. Photocopy of Aadhaar card and PAN card (original should be brought during admission for verification).

The filled-in joining letter and joining report forms should be submitted to the respective department office as soon as possible. The department will return the joining report later through the proper channel.

The candidates who have been allotted a seat in JIPMER and report for admission in JIPMER as per the schedule given in the INI-CET result notification, their certificates will be retained after verification of the same. However, if the candidates decide to leave the seat after submission of certificates to JIPMER authorities but before completion of joining/admission formalities and getting admission order/joining the department, they will be liable to pay the penalty of Rs. 3 Lakhs to JIPMER. Additionally, the fee paid by them for admission will not be refunded.

Candidates should submit either the original certificates mentioned in the prospectus as published on INI-CET official website (https://www.aiimsexams.ac.in) OR a Security deposit as mentioned in the INI-CET result notification.

Steps For Registration in NDHM / ABDM

1. Step 1: Click the below mention link to Register 'Professional Healthcare ID' https://hprid.ndhm.gov.in/

2. Step 2: Click on 'Create Your Healthcare Professional ID now'. Step 3: Click on 'I am Healthcare Professional'.

3. Step 4: Click on 'Generate via Aadhaar'. Step 5: Enter your Aadhaar Number.

4. Step 6: Click on 'I agree' & Click on 'Submit'.

5. Step 7: You will get 6 digit 'OTP' to your Aadhaar Registered Mobile Number. Step 8: Enter the OTP and Click 'Login'.

6. Step 9: After logging in, enter your Mobile Number.

7. Step 10: You will get 6-digit 'OTP' again on your mobile number. Step 11: Enter OTP & Click on Login.

8. Step 12: After logging in, Create your 'User Name' & 'Password' (Password must be 8 characters, Upper case, lower case, Alphanumeric & Special character).

9. Step 13: Select 'I am Healthcare Professional'. Step 14: Select 'Modern Medicine.

10. Step 15: Enter your email address & Click on 'submit'.

11. Step 16: After Submitting, you will get OTP on your email for verification; after verification, your registration will be completed, and you will receive 14 digit Professional Healthcare ID number, take a printout of this page and submit the same at the time of document verification. Step 17: Login using your User Name & Password you created.

12. Step 18: Click 'Complete your Registration process here'.

13. Step 19: Enter your Personal details, Qualification, Designation & Workplace. Click 'Save & Next.

14. Step 20: Upload your 'Qualification Certificate' like MBBS etc.

15. Step 21: Upload your 'MCI Registration Certificate' in your respective state council registration and Enter your MCI registration number & date of registration.

16. Step 22: Upload your 'JIPMER Salary Slip' and Click 'Save & Next. Step 23: Click 'Facility' then Enter 'JIPMER' & Click 'search'.

17. Step 24: Select 'JIPMER' in the dropdown list, enter your Department & Designation, then Click 'Save & Next.

18. Step 25: Verify the entered details & Click 'Submit' to complete your NDHM registration; take a print after completion of the registration process.
