KNRUHS opens web options window for Round 1 PG medical admissions 2025, details

KNRUHS Opens Web-Options Window for First Phase of PG Medical Counselling 2025.

Telangana: The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has issued a notification regarding the exercise of web-options for the phase 1 counselling for admission into Medical PG Degree /Diploma courses under Competent Authority Quota

According to the notification, KNRUHS notified the conduct of first phase of web-based counseling for allotment of the Post Graduate Medical Non-service/Service Quota seats under Competent Authority Quota for admission into PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses for the AY 2025-26 into affiliated Government Medical Colleges/Private Non-Minority/ Private Minority Medical Colleges and Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad.

Candidates (non-service and service) whose certificates were uploaded at the time of online registration and provisionally verified by staff of concerned departments and whose names are notified as eligible candidates in the final merit list of PG Medical Admissions on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise web - options online from computer with internet connection.

Therefore, all the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the final merit list on KNRUHS website can exercise web options as per eligibility for admission into PG Medical Degree/ Diploma seats, including Service Quota and PWD Quota seats from 05:30 PM on 10 December 2025 up to 06:00 A.M. on 13 December 2025.

FEE

Allotted Candidates have to pay University fee of Rs 29,600/- by way of online payment gateway and download the allotment letter. However, Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical colleges.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1 Competent Authority Quota seats in Minority Medical Colleges will be allotted to Muslim Minority Candidates only. Muslim Minority Candidates are also eligible for Competent Authority Quota seats in other Medical Colleges.

2 Eligible Candidates as per final merit list can exercise web options for Post Graduate seats in all affiliated Medical colleges and NIMS, Hyderabad as per their eligibility, interest and priority.

3 Eligible Service Candidates whose names are displayed in the final merit list of PG Medical Admissions on KNURHS website can exercise web options for PG Degree/ Diploma seats notified under service quota seat matrix for Medical Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS.

4 Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus of KNRUHS and the Government orders on Rules of PG admissions available on website before exercising web options for the regulations.

5 Candidates exercising web-options for PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web-options. Candidates can exercise web options for any number of subjects and colleges the candidate is interested to join as per candidate’s eligibility.

6 Candidates are advised to exercise web options for PG seats in courses and colleges in which they are interested to join. If they are not interested to join in any subject or college then they should not exercise web options for the same.

7 Candidates in the merit list are informed that if they do not exercise web options in the first phase of counseling, they are not eligible to exercise web options in subsequent phases of counseling to prevent seat blocking. .

8 Candidates are informed that if they exercise web- options for a seat and allotted a PG seat as per their choice in the web- counseling and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, they will not be eligible for exercising web- options for subsequent rounds of counseling..

9 Candidates can exercise options on the web through a computer having internet facility.

10 Candidates are instructed to take a print out of saved options..

11 Candidates will receive SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if allotted. Candidates are also directed to check their allotment status on website..

12 The selected candidates shall download the allotment order from website after payment of the University fee by payment gateway by using Online payment method.

13 Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

14 Selected candidates have to report at the respective Medical Colleges before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment order, submit all original certificates, the relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee / college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date, the admission will be cancelled automatically and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent rounds to prevent seat blocking.

15 Original certificates will not be returned to the admitted candidate, unless the candidate discontinues the course.

16 The University fee and other fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
