MCC to begin round 3 NEET counselling 2026 registrations on September 22, check dates

New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is soon going to begin the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 3 counselling for the academic year 2026 for candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS and B.Sc Nursing courses.
As per the detailed MCC schedule, for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 100% seats of Deemed/Central Universities, AFMC, AIIMS institutions and JIPMER Puducherry and Karaikal, the Round 3 counselling process will run from September 22 to September 30, 2026, with reporting extending into October.
Registration and payment for Round 3 will begin on September 22 and continue until September 27, 2026. Following this, the choice-filling window for Round 3 will open on September 23, 2026 and continue until 12:00 noon on September 28, 2026.

Meanwhile, Round 3 for State Counselling. State authorities are scheduled to conduct the third round from September 28 to October 9, 2026. The schedule also states that the academic session for UG courses commences on September 15, 2026.
However, the last date of joining under State Counselling for round 3 is October 14, 2026, while verification of joined candidates' data by the respective State Directorates of Medical Education (DMEs)/State Counselling Authorities is scheduled for October 15, 2026. Below is the detailed schedule-
