Meanwhile, MCC had recently reported that MCC under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) had issued an urgent notice informing candidates that visual disability assessment services have been temporarily suspended at Dr Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital, New Delhi, which is a designated disability assessment centre for NEET PG counselling.
According to the official notice, the decision was taken after ABVIMS & RML Hospital informed MCC that the Visual Field Analyser at the hospital is currently non-functional. As a result, the institute has stopped accepting cases that require visual disability assessment until the equipment becomes operational again.
