NBE Likely to Release NEET PG 2024 Individual Scorecards Today, MCC counselling schedule soon
New Delhi- Recently, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 results. With this, NBEMS had announced that the individual scorecard of NEET PG will be released on or after August 30, 2024. Therefore, NBEMS can release the individual scorecard anytime today on its official website.
This year, NEET PG was conducted on 11th August 2024 in two shifts i.e. from 9 am to 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm for admission to MD, MS, DNB and Diploma Courses of 2024-25 admission session.
The steps to download the NEET PG individual scorecard from the official website of NBEMS are given below-
STEP 1- Visit the official website of the NBEMS.
STEP 2- Click on ‘Download NEET PG Individual Scorecard.”
STEP 3- Enter the login details.
STEP 4- Your NEET PG Individual Scorecard will appear on the screen.
STEP 5- Download and take a printout of it for future reference.
Meanwhile, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will soon commence the NEET PG 2024 counselling and with this, the schedule will also soon be published on its official website. Candidates willing to participate in NEET PG Round 1 counselling can check the schedule from the official website of MCC once it is released.
On this, as per the NEET PG 2024 information bulletin, the reservation of PG Medical seats will be as per the following norms of the Government of India and respective State Governments as may be applicable-
1 OCI cardholders will now also be eligible to participate in NEET PG counselling 2024. They will be treated at par with Indian citizens and will be eligible for UR (General) category seats as well as NRI seats for counselling conducted by MCC.
2 NRI Candidates will be eligible for both NRI Seats and Indian National seats as per their merit.
3 Further, candidates claiming to be NRI, OCI, PIO will not be eligible for reservation under SC/ST/OBC/EWS and will be treated as Unreserved only
4 OBC - NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) are eligible to claim OBC reservation in the counselling to be conducted by MCC of DGHS including all India 50% quota seats counselling.
