NEET 2025 Registration Likely to Begin Soon- Check Eligibility, Required Documents

New Delhi- The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to start the registration process for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 exam soon.
The registration process for the NEET UG 2025 exam is expected to begin anytime in the first week of February 2025. The application form for the NEET UG 2025 exam will be made available on the official website of NTA.
Meanwhile, one must note that candidates need to enter all the required personal and educational details while registering. They must be ready with all the required documents as the documents need to be uploaded and scanned online while registering. The candidates should register for the NEET UG exam 2025 is the APAAR ID, formerly called the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC), NTA earlier clarified that it is not mandatory during registration.
STEPS FOR NEET UG 2025 REGISTRATIONS
STEP 1- Visit the official website of NTA.
STEP 2- Click on the link for NEET UG 2025 registration.
STEP 3- Complete the NEET UG 2025 registration form and pay the application fee.
STEP 4- Click on the submit button.
STEP 5- Save the NEET UG 2025 registration form as a PDF for future reference.
STEP 6- Take a printout of the registration form for your records.
REGISTRATION FEES
Along with this, candidates will also have to pay the registration fee. The registration fee is Rs 1700 for the general category, Rs 1600 for General - EWS and OBC-NCL, Rs 1000 for SC/ST/PWD/Third Gender and Rs 9500 for foreign nationals. After the process is complete, candidates must download and save the application form for future reference.
MINIMUM QUALIFYING PERCENTILE
Moreover, to be eligible for NEET UG, aspiring candidates must obtain the following minimum qualifying percentile-
1 General Category: 50th percentile
2 SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile
3 Divyang: 45th percentile
However, the same percentiles change to different scores every year depending on the highest marks obtained by the students.
DOCUMENTS
In addition, candidates must have the required documents in both digital and physical formats. Candidates must have the following documents ready while filling out the NEET UG 2025 application form-
1 Class 10th and 12th Marksheet.
2 Class 10th and 12th Passing Certificate.
3 Aadhaar Card.
4 Scanned Finger and Thumb Impressions.
5 Signature (Scanned).
6 Recent Passport-size Photograph.
7 Valid ID Proof.
8 Category Certificate (if applicable).
9 Domicile Certificate.
