NEET counselling 2025: MCC extends resignation deadline for round 1, 2 seats
New Delhi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a notice regarding the extension of the resignation deadline for round 1 and 2 seats of NEET counselling 2025.
In its notice, the MCC stated, "It is for the information to all candidates that requests are being received from UG candidates who want to resign their Round-1 or Round-2 seats since some states have declared their results now. In this regard, the competent authority has decided to allow Resignation for such candidates from 01:00 PM of 30.09.2025 upto 04:30 PM of 30.09.2025 with the same conditions applicable as published in earlier notices for resignation."
Medical Dialogues earlier reported about the schedule for NEET counselling 2025 as issued by the MCC.
As per the revised schedule, the NEET UG round 3 counselling for the academic year 2025 commenced from 27th September 2025 and will end on 19th October 2025. Below is the detailed schedule-
