NEET counselling 2026: MCC to open round 2 registrations from September 3, academic session begins September 15
New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the commencement date of the academic session for UG Courses through the NEET 2026, along with the Round 2 counselling dates for MBBS, BDS, and Nursing admissions to the All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota seats.
As per the MCC NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling schedule, the academic session for UG Courses will commence from 15th September 2026.
Meanwhile, Round 2 of the State Counselling shall be conducted from 7th to 11th September, 2026. Thereafter, the verification of the joined candidates' data shall be conducted by the States from 19th September, 2026.

Meanwhile, the registration for the registration and payment for NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling schedule for the AIQ seats shall commence from tomorrow i.e. 3rd and continue until 8th September 2026.
