NEET MDS 2024 Counselling: MCC Opens PwD Portal for Certificate Generation by Designated Disability NEET screening Centres, details
New Delhi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) through a notice has informed all the candidates who have registered themselves under the PWD quota in the National Eligibility-Entrance Test- Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2024 NBE form that the PWD portal is now open for generation of PWD certificate by the designated Disability NEET Screening Centres.
As per the notice, candidates who are desirous of getting disabled seats through the MCC counselling process can obtain the disability certificate from any designated NEET disability screening centre through online mode only. The NEET Disability Screening Centres specified in the notice are enclosed.
The portal for Round 1 of MDS counselling will remain open till 05:00 PM on 05 July 2024.
However, candidates will have to visit the designated Disability NEET Screening Centres to undergo physical tests and determine the extent of their disability and collect the PwD certificate issued online by the centre. No other certificate except the certificate issued online through the MCC portal will be accepted at the time of admission.
Moreover, all the candidates, whether they have qualified NEET MDS 2024 based on the cut-off percentile or not, will be able to get the certificate online from the designated centres.
Apart from this, MCC has also released a tentative schedule of online counselling for NEET 50% AIQ and 100% Deemed/Central Universities for MDS courses for the academic year 2024.
