NEET PG, MDS Admissions: DME Gujarat to hold choice filling process for round 3 till October 6, details

NEET PG, MDS Admissions: DME Gujarat to hold choice filling process for round 3 till October 6, details

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the schedule for round 3 choice filling process for NEET PG and NEET MDS courses. Round 2 non-reported candidate list with the forfeited security deposit, cancelled candidates list with the forfeited security deposit, and list of seats vacant after round 2 have been released.

As per the notice, the choice-filling process can be carried out till 06-10-2023, 10:00 am. The choices will be displayed on 06-10-2023 up to 12:00 midnight.

The candidates who have not been allotted any seat OR allotted a seat in previous rounds but have not confirmed admission and have done fresh registration in subsequent rounds as per schedule of State Quota Admission (if needed) OR confirmed his admission in previous rounds OR confirmed his admission but cancelled his admission before round 03 of admission and have done fresh registration in 3rd online mop up round as per schedule of State Quota Admission, can participate in 3rd online mop up round. i.e., all the candidates who are included in the Latest merit list of ACPPGMEC can participate in the 3rd online mop up round of ACPPGMEC.

The candidates who want to participate in the 3rd online mop-up round, the candidates have to log in to the website www.medadmgujarat.org using their User-ID and Password to give “ONLINE CONSENT” for participation in the round; otherwise, the candidate will not be considered during allotment process.

The candidates can change/swap/add/delete their filled choices of the 1st/2nd round. If the candidate is allotted a seat, the candidate has to take print of the allotment order of the 3rd online mop-up round, pay the tuition fees/difference of tuition fees, if any and report to the help centre to get your admission order. In case you don’t report to the help centre within the stipulated time, your new admission is treated as cancelled. Hence, in this scenario, he does not have admission to any seat. Such candidates will not allowed to take part in further rounds of counselling of State Quota, and if reported, they compulsorily have to study for the admitted seat.

If the candidate's admission is upgraded to a new seat, they have to take print of the allotment order of the 3rd online mop-up round and report to the same help centre at which they reported in previous rounds to get a new admission order. In case the candidate doesn’t report to the help centre within the stipulated time, their new admission is treated as cancelled. Hence, in this scenario, they do not have admission to any seat. Such candidates will not allowed to take part in further rounds of counselling of State Quota, and if reported, they compulsorily have to study for the admitted seat.

If the candidates who have confirmed the admission of 1st round/2nd round and have given consent to participate in 3rd online mop-up round have been allotted any new different seat (upgradation of admission), the admission of the 1st round/2nd round will get automatically cancelled, and they do not have any claim on that cancelled seat.

If the candidates who have confirmed the admission to the 1st round/2nd round and have given consent to participate in the 3rd online mop-up round have not been allotted any new different seat, the admission of the 1st round/2nd round will be continued. Such candidates will not allowed to take part in further rounds of counselling of State Quota/All India Quota. And they compulsorily have to study the admitted seat

The candidate who has participated or not participated in 3rd online mop-up round, the admission of the previous round can also be upgraded in the same college by change of admission category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat) or change of quota (Government Quota (GQ)to Institutional Quota (UQ)), there is no need to report the help centre for confirmation of admission.

Guidelines for choice filling –

1. The candidates need to login to their account

2. Enter USER ID (SR NO. of PIN), Password, 14 Digit PIN, Captcha and click on the Submit button

3. Click here on Choice details

4. Available Choice: you can see all available choices

5. Fill choice: to start your choice-filling process

6. Print-filled choice: after locking your choices, you can take the printout of your choice list

7. The candidates need to check the annual fees and term fees

8. Candidates have to pay term fees at the time of admission in case of NRI admission Rs. 10 lakh DD in favour of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar

9. The candidates can filter their choices by branch, subject, institute type, seat type and institute

10. Add your choices; the candidates can add an unlimited number of choices

11. The candidates can move and delete their choices according to their preference

12. The candidates can re-arrange their choices by serial number

13. Fill Choice: the candidates can add choices from the left side panel to the right side

14. Blue: Govt. Institute / Green: SFI institute

15. GQ: Government Quota/ MQ: Management Quota/ NQ: NRI quota

16. After saving and exiting the choices page, the choices can be reviewed

17. Click on modify choices to modify choices

18. After typing 14-digit PIN no., choices can be locked

19. The candidates must take the printout of the locked choices

20. The candidates can again Un-Lock choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. to modify the choices

21. If the candidates fail to lock choices, it will be automatically locked on the last day

Vacant seats after round 2 –

A total of 147 seats are available. NEET PG has 108 seats, and NEET MDS has 39 seats available.
