NEET PG Round 1 Counselling Seat Matrix: MCC Removes 5 Seats from 3 specialities
New Delhi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has removed some seats from 3 Institutes for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Round 1 Counselling 2024.
As per the notice in this regard, the seats have been removed after MCC has received information from three institutes namely Jaiprakash Hospital and Research Centre Pvt Ltd, Odisha, Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, Delhi and Renee Hospital, Telangana and National Board of Examinations (NBE) regarding removal of the following seats from the seat matrix of Round-1 of PG Counselling 2024.
As per the revised seat matrix of the said institutes, a total of 5 seats have been deleted. Of these, 1 seat has been removed from Jaiprakash Hospital and Research Centre Private Limited and 2 seats each have been removed from Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital and Renee Hospital.
Below is a detailed revised seat matrix-

However, it is to be noted that the seats mentioned above for withdrawal will be removed from the Seat Matrix before the allotment process of Round 1 of PG Counselling 2024.
Meanwhile, recently MCC has released the seat matrix for candidates willing to appear in the NEET PG counselling allotment process for AIQ, Deemed, Central State Quota. As per the seat matrix, a total of 26,795 PG medical seats are available. Of these, 6805 seats are vacant in the DNB course, 6140 seats are vacant in Deemed University, 819 seats are vacant in Internal Quota and 12761 seats are vacant in All India Quota (MD/MS/DIPLOMA).
