WB DME invites applications For Admission To Sponsored DNB Seats, Check out details
Kolkata: The application window for admission to Sponsored DNB seats (Post MBBS and Post Diploma) 2022 has been opened. The Director of Medical Education (DME West Bengal) announced this through a written notice published on the official website on 17th August 2022.
The last date for submission of the application form is 23rd August 2022. The application format is already uploaded on the website www.wbhealth.gov.in and www.wbmcc.nic.in. The verification process will be conducted from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on 24th August 2022, 25th August 2022, and 26th August 2022.
The candidates will have to submit their application form to the following address -
1. WBMES cadre - Director of Medical Education, Dept of Health and Family Welfare, Swasthya Bhawan, GN-29, Sector —V, Kolkata -700091
2. WBHS or WBPH and AS cadre - Director of Health Services, Dept of Health and Family Welfare, Swasthya Bhawan, GN-29, Sector —V, Kolkata -700091
The documents to be submitted along with the application form –
1. NEET PG 2022/DNB PDCET 2022 ----rank card and admit card
2. Any two of the following valid photo IDs (Aadhar card/Voter card/Passport)
3. Age proof (birth certificate/class X admit card/class X certificate)
4. MBBS certificate and final MBBS mark sheet
5. Permanent Registration certificate issued by MCIINMC/WBMC
6. Caste certificate (as applicable and issued by the appropriate authority in West Bengal)
7. Non-creamy layer certificate for OBC candidates issued on or after 01.04.2021
8. PwD certificate (as applicable and issued by Medical Board of IPGMER Kolkata)
9. Internship completion certificate
10. Proof of the previous Diploma if acquired (on or before 31.07.2022)
11. Proof of any bond formalities (if applicable to be completed on or before 31.07.2022)
12. ID card of present employment and No Objection Certificate from present employer and Certificate from present employer stating 3 yrs. of regular service in the State of West Bengal along with mention of present place of posting. Such a letter must also clearly indicate that the candidate would avail salary from their present employer during the PG training period.
13. Posting order and joining report as proof of regular service
The documents have to be submitted for verification before the Assistant Director of Medical Education at the Counseling Cell on the ground floor of Swasthya Sathi Building within the premises of Swasthya Bhawan (for WBMES cadre) or the Assistant Director of Health Services, MERT, Swasthya Bhawan (if they belong to WBHS/WBPH and AS cadre).
The candidates who fail in verification or do not attend with the required documents within the scheduled time shall not be included in the list for provisional NOC (No Objection Certificate) for Centralized merit-based online counseling for admission to Sponsored DNB seats (Post MBBS and Post Diploma) 2022.
Eligibility criteria –
Sponsored DNB (Post MBBS) seats -
1. Candidates who are working in a Government (State/Central/Autonomous/PSUs, etc.) organization regularly are eligible for Sponsored DNB (Post MBBS) seats.
2. Candidates must be in possession of MBBS degree/Provisional Pass as per the provisions Certificate recognized of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and possess a permanent/provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council.
3. Must have "Qualified" NEET PG 2022.
Sponsored DNB (Post Diploma) seats –
1. Candidates who are working in a Government (State/Central/Autonomous/PSUs, etc.) organization regularly are eligible for Sponsored DNB (Post Diploma) seats.
2. Candidates who have passed the final examination leading to the award of Post Graduate Diploma from Indian Universities duly recognized as per provisions of Indian Medical Council Act 1956, Govt. of India, i.e., have passed final examinations for Postgraduate diploma on or before 31' July 2022.
3. Candidate must have "Appeared" in DNB-PDCET 2022.
The detailed schedule for verification -
1. The candidates who have submitted their applications within 18th August 2022 are scheduled to attend for verification along with original documents on 24th August 2022.
2. The candidates who submit their documents on 22nd August 2022 are allowed to attend for verification along with original documents on 25th August 2022.
3. The candidates who submit their documents on 23rd August 2022 are allowed to attend for verification along with original documents on 26th August 2022.
The provisionally eligible candidates shall be handed Provisional NOC in authenticated letterhead, and the scanned copy shall be uploaded to the websites www.wbhealth.gov.in and www.wbmcc.nic.in for public viewing on or after 29th August 2022 and shall also be communicated to NBEMS as per their instructions via email counseling.cc@natboard.edu.in latest by 31st August 2022. The format of NOC shall be as per provided by NBEMS in their notice on 5th August 2022 on the website www.natboard.edu.in.
The candidates note that this NOC is purely provisional and in no way ensures a seat for a particular candidate. The in-service candidates of Dept. of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal must contact respective branch officials to find out whether they are eligible for trainee reserve as per extant rules so that seats are not wasted after allotment, if any.
