WB NEET PG Counselling round 3 registrations open, check complete schedule

West Bengal: The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) recently started the registration process for Round 3 of the state NEET PG counselling for the academic year 2025.

According to the schedule issued by the WBMCC in this regard, candidates who have secured seats in government and private medical colleges in West Bengal must complete the admission process before 6 PM on January 2nd. However, for candidates who have secured seats in private medical colleges, the admission process will take place at designated government medical colleges in Kolkata.

STEPS TO REGISTER FOR NEET PG COUNSELLING 2025

STEP 1- Visit the official website of WBMCC.

STEP 2- Click on ‘Candidate Registration and Login’.

STEP 3- Select the round 3 registration link under candidate activities.

STEP 4- Log in using NEET PG 2025 roll number and password.

STEP 5- Fill in the application form and pay the counselling fee.

STEP 6- Download and print the confirmation page.

DOCUMENTS

Below is the list of the documents that are required for NEET PG counselling 2025 Round 3-

1 NEET PG 2025 admit card.

2 NEET PG 2025 scorecard.

3 MBBS mark sheets (all professional years).

4 MBBS degree, provisional certificate.

5 Internship completion certificate.

6 Permanent, Provisional registration certificate (NMC, State Medical Council).

7 Date of birth proof (Class 10 certificate or equivalent).

8 Valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID).

9 Caste certificate (if applicable).

10 PwD certificate (if applicable).

Meanwhile, candidates who wish to upgrade to a new seat must first obtain a server-generated relieving letter from their previously allotted college. They will also need to collect their documents and fees back from their old institution before reporting for admission to the newly allotted college. Below is the complete schedule-

Online Seat Surrender for Round 2 at the allotted college level.

Will be notified later on the counselling website.

Publication of the List of Successfully Verified candidates and Publication of the Seat Matrix for Round 3.

07 January 2026 after 2 pm

Online Choice Filling and Choice Locking by the successfully verified Candidates.

4 pm of 07 January 2026 till 12 midnight of 09 January 2026 (as per server time).

Publication of allotment result Round 3.

14 January 2026, after 2 pm.

The Reporting and Admission of allotted candidates to the allotted Institute (for All Private Medical Colleges, the admission process will be in different Govt. Medical Colleges in Kolkata, a related notice will be published on the website) with the requisite original document, college requisite fee and bond (Once successfully re-verified, they can get admitted in the allotted seat). Upgraded candidates need to get the submitted fee & document back with server generated reliving letter from the previous college before moving for admission in the newly allotted college.

15, 16, 17 January 2026 from 10 am to 4 pm (as per server time).
