Additionally, out of the stated original documents, the college authority shall mandatorily deposit the following documents-
1 NEET PG 2024 Admit card.

9 successfully verified slip and have to provide the receipt of such document to the candidate.
Meanwhile, the caste certificate and ID cards need not be kept by the admitting institute.
Furthermore, the college authority has to pay the requisite fee for admission by the candidate in the appropriate payment method as applicable if the candidate does not want any upgradation in Round 2 or Round 3. The college authority shall also ensure the submission of the requisite bond by the candidate during admission. The following bonds are relevant for admission-
1 Rs. Five Lakh discontinuation bond in Govt. Colleges in West Bengal for Degree seats and Rs two Lakh discontinuation bond in Govt. Colleges in West Bengal for Diploma seats (notarized in non-judicial stamp paper with demy paper as required of not less than Rs. 100).
2 Candidates who are getting admission in private colleges/trust colleges / central institutes have to submit the bond/bank guaranty as per the requirement of the said college (preference to be given to candidate's choice for providing bond/bank guaranty).
If the allotted candidate wants to participate in Round 2 and/or Round 3, he/she shall be allowed to submit only the admission fees in the allotted Colleges. The willingness to participate has to be submitted online during admission at the allotted College by the willing candidate. Such candidate may be allowed to defer submission of Bond/ Bank guarantee as applicable for the College for the present Round. However, the candidate has to submit the required course fee during admission to the College latest.
The option for willingness to participate in Round 2 and/or Round 3 is available for all the allotted candidates in Round 1 as per their sweet wishes.
If the candidate who gets admission in Round 1, after participation in further Round gets a new College allotment, then he/ she can take back all the fees paid in the previous College with the return of all original documents and server-generated reliving letter issued by the previous College authority and only then move to newly allotted College for admission within the time schedule provided in counselling website.
If the candidate does not report for admission in Round 1, he or she becomes not a reported candidate for Round 1 but can participate in choice filing afresh in Round 2. The candidates who are non-allotted in Round 1 can also participate in choice filling afresh in Round 2. The candidate, who surrenders after admission, is out of the Counseling process any further. The candidate who does not provide willingness for participation in subsequent Round/s, cannot fill the choice during that Round and hence retains the seat admitted during Round 1. The candidate who provided willingness for subsequent Rounds and filled up the choice afresh but could not get a fresh allotment will retain the seat admitted in Round 1. The candidate if gets a new allotment in Round 2 from the earlier admitted seat in Round 1, the earlier admitted seat gets automatically cancelled hence the candidate has to be relieved from the earlier admitted seat of Round 1 and cannot retain the earlier admitted seat of Round 1.
It may so happen that a candidate applying for SC /ST /OBC/OBC A/OBC B/EWS category may be allotted unreserved seats if he or she has secured the unreserved cutoff in the NEET PG 2024 examination. If the candidate fails to produce a caste certificate (as appropriate) the admission shall still be granted and the candidature shall be edited to unreserved so that in subsequent rounds (round 2) candidate may appear for upgradation as unreserved only if he /she wishes for.
If SC /ST /OBC/OBC AOBC B/EWS candidate is allotted to the respective caste seat and cannot produce a valid appropriate certificate then the candidature shall be edited to unreserved and cancellation of the seat for this round through admission software shall be done by the concerned college authority. If the candidate has obtained an unreserved cut-off, then he /she shall be able to participate in the subsequent rounds for unreserved. If it is found that the said candidate has not obtained the unreserved cut-off then he or she shall be out of the counselling process.
Similar to above, if a PwD (Person with disability) candidate is allotted non PwD seat due to his/her eligibility and cannot provide the PwD certificate from IPGMER Kolkata Medical board or any of the 16 centres authenticated by MCC, New Delhi, then the said candidate shall be granted admission but candidature shall be edited to the non PwD status by the concerned college in counselling admission software so that candidate can be eligible for upgradation in round 2as a non PwD candidate if he or she wishes for.
If a PwD candidate is allotted to the respective PwD seat and cannot produce a valid appropriate certificate then the candidature shall be edited to non-PwD status and cancellation of the seat for this round through admission software shall be done by the concerned college authority. If the candidate is otherwise eligible as non PwD candidate, then he /she shall be able to participate in subsequent rounds as non PwD candidate. If it is found that the said candidate has not obtained the requisite cutoff as non PwD candidate then he/she shall be out of counseling.
All admission must be secured through the NIC(National Informatics Centre) server provided to the admitting colleges by the counselling committee mandatorily within the scheduled time frame of admission. Candidate must also ensure obtaining one copy of server-generated admission/cancellation letter as applicable. Otherwise, their admission shall not be considered and the said seat comes to a subsequent round as a vacant seat.
If a candidate is not satisfied with the seat after admission, they may physically appear before the college authority personally for seat surrender/resignation (this is allowed only till round 2 as per the schedule published on the counselling website ) and such slip shall also be generated through the NIC server by the concerned college else such seat shall not appear in the subsequent round as vacant seat.
