MUHS Fellowship, Certificate courses Round 1 admissions: Check out Fee Structure, Eligibility, Intake Capacity details
Maharashtra: Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has released the course-wise intake capacity and eligibility criteria for first round for admission to be made at affiliated training centers conducting Fellowship and / or Certificate Courses for the A.Y. 2022-23 through a centralized online admission process.
The allotment list, provisional list of eligible candidates with general merit no, a list of eligible candidates, a list of disqualified candidates, and a fee structure have also been released.
The allotment letter and the retention form are available online to the entire concerned applicant. Selected applicants can take a printout of the allotment letter along with the retention form of the first round by providing their registered mobile number & OTP. The applicant can use the link https://intranet.muhs.ac.in/admission_fcc_print_allotement_letter.aspx to take the printout of the allotment letter along with the retention form.
The allotment is done based on the criteria prescribed by the University –
1. Maharashtra Domicile Applicant
2. Super Specialty Degree (400 Marks), Post Graduate Degree (300 Marks), Post Graduate Degree attempts, Post Graduate Diploma (200 Marks), Under Graduate Marks, 12th Marks, and if tie persist HSC Marks and Age Criteria has been applied as per individual case and as per the policy of the University
3. If Maharashtra Domicile Applicant is not available, then only Non-Maharashtra Domicile applicant(s) were considered as per such vacancy, and their priority
4. Separate merit number is generated as per the candidate’s PG, UG & 12th Course merit criteria (as applicable)
In the first round, allotted applicants willing to retain/confirm the allotted seat should then report, join and submit total course fees (75% of course fees to be paid to the training Centre and 25% of Administrative fees to be paid to the University through Online Payment Link https://muhs.unisuite.in/). Also, they must submit the retention form and all relevant original documents to the concerned Training Centre within the stipulated time.
The last date to fill the “Status Retention Form,” if desired by the candidate at the respective Training Centre, is 10th April 2023. The applicants who have got admission for their first choice will have to accept the allotted admission; otherwise, they will be opted out of admission for this year's admission process.
Those applicants who have got allotment other than their first priority and are willing to upgrade for better priority will have to report and join the allotted Training Centre as per their allotment letter in the first round, and at this stage, such applicant has to pay only administrative charges to the University (25% administrative fees pay through online payment link https://muhs.unisuite.in/)) and will communicate their Non-Retention of the allotted seat to the concerned Training Centre and the University by email at fccc@muhs.ac.in.
Such an applicant will share 25% administrative fee payment details with the concerned training center. Further, such applicant will have to join the allotted training center as per the next allotment, if any; or else such applicant has to pay the remaining 75% of course fees to the concerned training Centre as per their revised allotment. In case of no change in the allotted seat in the subsequent round, then such an applicant will have to join and pay the remaining 75% of fees to the concerned training center as per allotment done in the first round.
In case of cancellation of admission, refund of fees, if any, will only be considered and processed as per the decision of the University authority from time to time. The applicants who have confirmed their admission may cancel admission by applying and may request a refund of fees. The refund of fees to admitted candidates for all courses will be made after deduction as notified by the University vide the above referred Admission Notification No. 02/2023 dated 19/01/2023.
Furthermore, it is directed to the concerned Dean / Principal / HOD of all affiliated Training Centre to forward the copy of the Retention Form submitted by the concerned applicant on or before 11th April 2023 to the University by email on fccc@muhs.ac.in followed by the hard copy along-with 25% administrative fees online paid receipt.
Candidates passed from Government or aided, or Corporation College or Armed Forces College or Institute and those required to complete their Bond Service shall have to submit the Bond completion certificate. It shall be the duty and entire responsibility of the concerned Dean /Principal/ Director of the college /Institute /affiliated training institute to check, verify and decide on the issue of the conformity of Bond completion certificate, as per the policy of the Government of Maharashtra or DMER, Mumbai as applicable in the concerned case.
The stipend, if any, provided by the affiliated Training Centres to the concerned applicants admitted to the concerned Fellowship/ Certificate Courses is not under the purview of the University. Affiliated Training Centres may give the stipend as decided by the concerned management/administration of the concerned affiliated Training Centre(s). However, affiliated Training Centres will adopt uniform and transparent policies while providing stipends to the admitted candidates.
It is brought to the notice of all the concerned that, for admission to some of the Fellowship Courses, University has prescribed the eligibility criteria as post-graduation master's degree qualification and postgraduate diploma qualification. It is mentioned that the postgraduate diploma candidate has to work for one more year than the PG master's degree candidate. Therefore, the total duration to complete the Fellowship Courses for postgraduate diploma candidates is 2 years.
This allotment is of a Pro-temp nature; University reserves rights to cancel the same at any time.
Online Fees Payment Process for 25% Administrative fees for Fellowship and Certificate Course –
1. Visit: https://muhs.unisuite.in/ for Online Payment
2. Under College Fees / Receipts Section, Click on “Click here to pay.”
3. Select “Get New Fees Token” if the applicant doesn’t have a pre-generated Fees Token; if yes, then Select “I have a token” Fees Token : is the request number generated for a single purpose and can be used later to pay the same. The request number OR Token number can be used for future reference for payment or receipt download, and the same will be sent to your email & SMS as well. Once Generated, they can use the fees token to pay fees or download the receipt later on.
“I have a token” –
1. Select “Pay Now,” then enter your fees token number and Captcha and click Search and Proceed
2. Verify your contact details with OTP, check all the details, accept the terms and conditions, and follow the instructions for payment
3. Once the payment is made, you will receive the downloadable University Receipt as well as over email. If needed, you can submit a copy of this receipt (only if needed or asked)
Get New Fees Token –
Select “Generate Fees Token,” provide the required data per the following instructions and generate the fees token. [Please refer to the user guide for particular selection details]
The applicants will receive the direct payment link to their email with the generated token, which can be used to make payment later on or to redownload the receipt again. If they choose to pay through NEFT/RTGS, there is a different account number per transaction.
Detailed instructions are written on the web portal; kindly read and follow them carefully. In case the payment was deducted but did not receive any receipt. Waiting for 1 or 2 hours before any next attempt is highly recommended. The applicants will receive a receipt over email in case the transaction status updates to success. Or it will be rejected and refunded after 2 hours.
The applicants can use the same token (link) multiple times till the successful payment or as long as the Token is valid. The token has fixed validity or expiry, and you must pay the fees before the validity ends. The same is displayed on the summary page as well.

Fees of the Fellowship Course are as per Management Council Resolution No. 153/2018 Dated: 21/12/2018. Applicants will have to pay eligibility fees, examination fees & any other fees in due course of time separately as and when notified by the University.
Applicants will have to pay the total amount of the Course fee (as mentioned above) for their respective academic years before the commencement of the respective academic year. They must pay 25% of administrative fees to the University Online through the Link https://muhs.unisuite.in/ and 75% of Course fees shall be deposited/paid to the affiliated Training Centre as and when notified by the University. Apart from the above fees concerned Training Center shall have to pay the Continuation of Affiliation fees for every Academic Year, as prescribed by the University from time to time.
