MUHS Releases Schedule For Online Submission Of Title, Synopsis Of Dissertation For PG Students
Maharashtra: Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has released the schedule for online submission of titles & synopsis of dissertations of postgraduate students admitted in the academic year 2022-23 in affiliated medical colleges.
The detailed schedule –

| Last Date for Submission of Title & Synopsis by the Student/ College (Without Late Fees, i.e. Rs.600/-) | 14.7.2023 |
| Extended Last Date for submission of Title & Synopsis by the Student/ College (With Late Fees, i.e. Rs.600 + Rs.200 (per week)) | 15.8.2023 |
| Grant of Approval to Title & Synopsis proposals by the University | 15.7.2023 & onwards |
Instructions issued –
1. Postgraduate Guides must update their Teacher's Profile in Academic Online Teachers Database. Failing which approval to the Title & Synopsis of Dissertation will not be granted by the University, and names of such Guide/(s) will not be considered for appointment of Examinership, including Practical Examination of the University.
2. To update Teachers' profiles, the concerned teachers must approach the College Coordinator appointed by the College.
3. Title & Synopsis of Dissertation proposals submitted by the Colleges through the online system will be deemed approved by the BORS Committee of the College.
4. Those Colleges/students, who fail to submit Title & Synopsis proposals within the stipulated period, the term of such students will be extended to the period of late submission and late fees of Rs.200 per week shall be levied to such students.
5. The Colleges must submit the Title & Synopsis of Dissertations online for eligible Postgraduate candidates within the stipulated period.
6. The Dean/ Principal of the College are requested to give wide circulation to this circular to all concerned at the College level.
Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) is a higher education institution in Nashik, Maharashtra. The University was established on June 3, 1998, by the Government of Maharashtra through an ordinance. The State Legislature passed the ordinance, and the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences was declared open by the governor of Maharashtra on June 10, 1998. All colleges and institutions imparting education in health science in the state of Maharashtra have been affiliated with this new University under Section 6(3) of the Act.
