Maha CET Cell Releases Revised Schedule For Institutional Level Round For BSc Nursing Course
Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has released the revised schedule for the institutional level rounds for government/private unaided/minority BSc Nursing colleges for the academic year 2022-23. The seat matrix and provisional list of eligible candidates for this round have also been released.
As per the notice, the eligible desirous candidate must apply in person/any person to the respective College in the prescribed format till 12.2.2023, up to 5:00 pm. On 12.2.2023, 6:00 pm, the general merit list and quota-wise merit list, selection list, and a waitlist will be separately at the notice board, and the website of the respective colleges will be published. The selected candidates can join from 13.2.2023 to 14.2.2023, up to 5:00 pm, as per the selection released on 12.2.2023.
The vacancies will be published on the notice board and the website of respective colleges on 14.2.2023 at 6:00 pm. The reporting of eligible candidates with original documents and requisite fees to the College for the residual vacancy can be done on 15.2.2023 up to 2:00 pm. Filling residual vacancies from reported eligible candidates from the list published on the website on merit will be done on 15.2.2023, 2.30 pm onwards. Admitted candidates can be reported in the College Feedback Module from 15.2.2023 to 11.59 pm. The cutoff date of admission for the BSc Nursing Course as per the Hon'ble Supreme Court Order is 15.2.2023.
The candidates note that the admitting college will verify the eligibility of PCB Marks in HSC as per the information brochure. For the institute-level rounds, eligible and interested candidates should approach the Dean/Principal of the respective colleges within the prescribed time and submit an application for State Quota in person or any person. Such applications should not be submitted in the State CET Cell in person or by email.
At the time of admission during the institutional round, a candidate should submit all his original documents and requisite fees in the form of a DD/Cheque during the prescribed time limit. If a candidate cannot submit DD due to Bank Holiday, they may pay the fees by Cheque and replace the same on the following Bank working day.
It is the sole responsibility of the candidates to submit all their original documents and requisite fees at the time of admission. The admission process should be completed before the cutoff date prescribed for each course that the respective Central Council and Competent Authority declare from time to time.
All admissions are subject to the approval of the Admissions Regulating Authority after the cutoff date. The College should upload the information about the admitted candidate in the College Feedback Module of the State CET Cell.
Seat matrix –
Candidates will be applying for 653 seats for this round of the counseling process. Government colleges have 18 seats, and private colleges have 635 seats allotted.
The provisional list of eligible candidates for institutional level rounds for BSc Nursing in Govt./Corp./Pvt./Minority Institutes for State Quota has also been released. The list includes SML, CET CELL Form No, NAME, Sex, CAT, and HSC PCB %. The eligible candidate list is based on the information provided by the candidate in the registration form. The admission will take place only after the verification of Original Certificates at the admitting College. The benefit of reservation will only be available upon production and successful verification of the requisite documents. Admitting Institute will verify eligibility as per the Information Brochure before admitting the candidate.
