PGIMER To Hold Round 2 Counselling for MSc Nursing 2024 on July 23rd, Details
Chandigarh- The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) has announced the date of the MOP-UP/2nd round counselling for the MSc Nursing course for the session 2024 through a notice.
As per the notice, the MOP-UP/2nd round of Physical Counselling for admission to MSc Nursing for the session 2024 is scheduled to be held on 23rd July 2024 at 02:00 PM at Nine Auditorium, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
The MOP-UP/2nd round of Physical Counselling for admission to MSc Nursing for the session 2024 will be conducted for the total 14 vacant seats in General (UR), OBC, SC and ST categories.

IMPORTANT POINTS
1 All the candidates who have secured the 50th percentile (for the general category) and 45th percentile (for SC/ST/OBC category) are eligible for appearing in the counselling.
2 The seat will be filled strictly on the basis of merit. However, if no candidate is available for the reserved category and seats are not filled during the counselling, the same may converted into UR. The speciality to such UR candidates will be allocated as per the order of merit. The number of seats may increase in case of discontinuation of any candidate before the counselling.
3 The qualified candidates with the mentioned percentile are required to report for document verification compulsorily on 23 July 2024 at the Auditorium of the National Institute of Nursing Education (NINE), PGIMER, Chandigarh from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon. Kindly bring your original documents as well as one set of photocopies of your documents for the same.
4 All the qualified candidates are requested to be present in person. After document verification, they are required to be seated in the Auditorium by 01:30 PM positively on 23 July 2024
5 Selected candidates will be required to pay the fee etc. in the form of cash/demand draft/banker’s cheque on the spot failing which her/his selection will be treated as cancelled and a seat will be offered to the next candidate in order of merit. Demand draft (DD) / banker cheque (purchased/issued from the Bank and not from the personal chequebook) should be in favour of “Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh” as per amount (two separate DDs/ Banker’s cheque) mentioned below.
i Demand draft / Banker’s cheque for Fee & other dues- Rs. 2650/-
ii Security/caution money- Rs. 10,000/-.
