Rs 20 lakh discontinuation fee for MBBS, BDS admissions in Telangana this year
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has released the bond details of the discontinuation fee to be paid for NEET UG (MBBS and BDS) courses under the competent authority quota for the academic year 2023-24.
As per the notice, candidates cannot discontinue from the course after notified cutoff date for discontinuation or later. Candidates will have to submit a bond for the same. They shall pay a Bond amount of Rs. 2000000 ( Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) if they discontinue the course after the last date of free exit.
The registration process for MBBS and BDS courses has begun under the competent authority quota for the academic year 2023-24. The candidates apply till 6.00 PM on 14-07-2023. The candidates can fill out the application form from the website http://www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in/ or https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/. The candidates must pay a registration and processing fee of Rs.3500 for OC & BC candidates and Rs.2900 for SC/ST candidates.
Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) conducts the counseling process for NEET UG admission, a state-centralized online counseling process. The authority conducts the counseling process based on obtained scores in NEET UG 2023. The counseling process includes registration, choice filling, the release of the seat allotment list, document verification, and reporting to the allotted institute.
KNR University of Health Sciences, may either suomoto or on an application made to them, call for and examine the records relating to any selection or admission or cancellation thereof in respect of the admission made by the concerned authority, for the purpose of satisfying themselves as to the correctness of legality or propriety of such selection or cancellation and pass such order in relation there to as they deem fit including cancellation of the selection already published or admission already made, provided that the University may, before canceling such selection or admission, give an opportunity to the authority and to the person affected to showcause against such cancellation. University has every right to cancel the admission of any candidate without any notice, if the certificates produced by the candidate are found to be fake / false/forged.
